Your cost for this ticket was A$77. I could have bought the ticket for A$26 at the boat You provided a pickup but it was a 5 minute walk to the boat and we didn't need it. Viator didn't add any other value. Bottom line we understand you need it make money but we checked your other trips now and you are making excessive margin on your trips.
