    Epic Fail!!!

    We did NOT get the iconic Skymirror photos because of inexcusable bad planning by their vendor. Do NOT book with this company. Hundreds of dollars wasted on a private tour for the Sky Mirror experience! Before you start to say it’s a natural phenomenon that no one has control over, one other group on another tour was able to get the iconic reflective photos. It was purely due to the company’s poor planning and terrible choice of vendor. The vendor they selected changed the time last minute and by the time we got there and the photographer set up, the opportunity was missed to get the iconic reflection photos. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED as this was supposed to have been the highlight of the tour and a once in a lifetime trip with my family (10 of us). We expected to get the iconic Skymirror photos as a physical memory of this trip and to miss the opportunity due to bad planning by supposed professionals who do this on a daily basis is inexcusable. I’ve been all around the world and have booked numerous tours and experiences and this was by far the worst experience.

    We weren’t sure what exactly this tour would be, but at the end were amazed how a small sand island appeared in front of our eyes on the middle of nowhere, gave us enough time to enjoy it, took some amazing photos, watched some marine life and then magically disappeared. Half an hour boat ride to and from was also fun! The photographer made the photo session full of laughs, let us use their bright umbrella. Wear colorful clothes! Bring sunscreen. They provided water. Images were delivered digitally almost right after the tour.
