If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. The vehicle that collected us was very uncomfortable - 12 of us in the back of a pick up for an hour! Other than that the trip was excellent. The equipment was in good condition, the guide was knowledgeable and funny, the scenery was stunning. It would be suitable for pretty much all abilities and the trip is at a leisurely pace. The BBQ at the end was fresh, delicious and plentiful.

The whole experience was absolutely awful. We began the sunset kayaking trip later than originally stated in the booking so it was already beginning to get dark. During the kayaking trip, we got hit by a terrible storm, which was terrifying and the guide was overwhelmed as he had 8 people to get back to safety. Initially when the rain started, we saw other groups head back to the pier but our guide continued on. This was flagrant disregard for out safety. Our group kept getting separated, there was little to no visibility due to the storm and the kayaks kept getting stuck because of the low tide The guide was giving poor instructions on which direction to proceed and was yelling incomprehensible directions. It was truly the worst experience from my whole time in Thailand.

This was my favourite trip, it was really special. There were only three of us which was nice and no sunset but it didn't matter. It was so peaceful and Chy took us to the estuary beach where we fed fruit to the wild monkeys. If you do the daytime trip you don't have this opportunity because of the tides. They also cooked up some really amazing food for us.We got very wet but the truck drive was a great view of the countryside too. Do it!
