Complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Krabi Town and Ao Nang areas, with scheduled times between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM. Guests staying at Railay Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, a 15-minute ride from Railay East. Guests staying in Ton Sai, the meeting point is at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that your precise pick-up time will be communicated via email following your booking. Guests are respectfully requested to meet their tour guide in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Value for money was very good. It can be rough so beware. The Poda Island was beautiful and walking the beach was amazing. The included meal was good and the beach there had nice bars to wet your whistle. It can be a long day for some, but we loved it.

Description said round trip pick-up and drop-off included for Ao Nang area. However, the website said my hotel was out of range. I almost did not book because my hotel was out of range on Viator website. I wanted to know before booking. Tour operator responded right away, included. I was just apprehensive about booking prior to confirming transportation. Tour was good, operators were good. I would recommend.
