      Tour guide Riyas was a great driver.

      Very informative tour and our guide spoke very good English. Riyas drive the busy streets and showed us highlight stops. Our late arrival kept us from seeing some other spots. We liked the spice market and can’t wait to try some cooking at home. We were taken to a sales spot which I don’t like but we found a scarf to take home.

      Flexible excellent service

      Sabu was a very knowledgeable guide and showed us two of the most memorable museums we have seen in India (and this is our fourth city visited). The Kerala Folklore Museum featured such a vast collection of wooden craft and antique objects, it showcases the fine artistry of this part of the country. The second gem was the Dutch Palace and the intricate paintings. We also was impressed by the Portuguese museum, particularly since we are from Lisbon and very familiar with the esteemed Gulbenkein museum and foundation. To have Sabu share the cultural aspect of Kochin with us and allowed us to tailor the tour according to our physical capacities (we had a senior) we greatly appreciated the flexibility. And taking us to Lulu mall and waited for us over two hours while we see a different “new” side of town, we felt we had a full experience.

      Bad tour - avoid!

      The guide missed 5 itinerary locations, and we had to cover all admission fees ourselves. He prioritized unscheduled stops at shops, likely to earn commissions, and was visibly annoyed when we didn’t buy anything. This ruined our one day in Kochi, to such an extent that we’ve requested a full refund.

      Very friendly, flexible and helpful driver

      I took this tour on my first day in Kochi. What I liked about this tour is that the driver/guide (Shaheer) was so flexible that you can customize the tour almost the way you like it. You can add the excursions that you prefer and choose to spend more/less time on the locations visited as you prefer. During the tour, you feel safe from scams as the driver will give you honest advice before you get off to your next point. I do recommend this tour to everybody visiting Kochi.
