The owner/manager communicated well after the booking with Viator. The price was reasonable. We were asked if we wanted the rafting experience recorded for us and we declined but we’re still asked why. The guide was excellent and we had a great time and we were the only ones on the river. We felt safe and really enjoyed the experience. Afterwards, there was a hard sell to persuade us to buy the memory card which we declined again but the owner/ manager clearly wasn’t happy which made the atmosphere a bit awkward especially as he didn’t even say goodbye . The rafting itself though was really good
