A bad experience buying tickets. The agency handling the file in Sri Lanka initially told me that we had tickets booked for a train on August 10 at 12:15 p.m. before notifying me the day before that we had to change the schedule to a 2:00 p.m. train. We were supposed to receive the tickets the same day before 7:30 a.m., but we were only able to collect them around 12:00 p.m. And finally, the tickets were invalid because the agency had not written our passport numbers on the tickets.
