The driver was on time and very polite and helpfull. I strongly recommend Danusha as a driver and guide. But I do not recommend the company. The car was poor standard, no AC and in the second day the back seats windows did not open. At 30 degree outside. We finished the journey earlier as it became unbearable hot inside and with all the cars smoke going in from front windows. I would suggest to book the tour only to visit sites outside Kandy. If you only want to visit the sites in the city, a tuk-tuk could be better and faster - unless you are luckier and get a proper car.

It is not up to our usual standards to provide a vehicle without air conditioning, especially in hot weather conditions. We regret any discomfort caused by the malfunctioning windows and the smoke from other vehicles.
