This tour included a drive from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, with a visit to a tea plantation and factory, as well as several photo stops to admire the valleys and waterfalls along the way. Due to the rain, I was unable to hike at the waterfall, but my driver-guide arranged for me to attend a magnificent cultural dance show instead. It was an excellent experience overall.
My driver-guide, Irfan, was punctual, friendly, and shared a great deal of information about Sri Lanka throughout the journey. The vehicle was new, clean, and comfortable, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
