I can’t even begin to describe the AMAZING experience we’ve had with these guys. First of all, whatever bad review you see, I genuenly have no idea why they are up and live. Second of all, the way these people were accomodating to us, has no limits. They were extremely friendly, super helpful in ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we needed. My partner had a foot injury and they made sure that all the activities were tailored to her pace. We did not feel rushed, we did not feel any inconvenience because of them what so ever. Canyoning was super super cool. The zipline was so much fun. The rafting was a show on its own. The guys were hilarious, we all had a wonderful time together. The price was so worth everything. I am simply grateful for these people for giving us an amazing time, accomodating us with all our needs, and all in all an unforgetable experience.

A group of stressed guys met up with us at meeting point, they didn't acknowledge my gf and didn't even say hi to her.
Rafting was supposed to be 2hrs we got 15min of rafting. When we said goodbye to our guide he didn't look at us or said goodbye back.

The mentioned 2hrs includes preparation,instructions and transportation; the actual rafting time is 45 minutes. Additionally, our team investigated, and it seems the guides did not hear the farewell.
