- The tour schedule may change without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, and other unforeseen reasons. (There might be delays in returning to the designated location.)
- This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator. Trip Advisor / Viator and your local tour operator will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of late arrivals, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds will not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possibility of late arrival.
- The tour may be canceled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won't be issued. If you'd like to change your meeting point or are unsure about the meeting point, pls notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
- The bus will be departing on time (no exception).
- Please adhere to the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect all customers' time.
- In case of late arrivals / arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possibility of late arrival or to confirm the exact location.
- We recommend checking the right meet-up location beforehand to avoid getting lost. Provided location are the exact points of the meeting point on google maps. If you are confused about meeting points, message us beforehand for more details. No refund request will be accepted for arrivals at wrong location.
- Please adhere to the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect all customers' time.
- Please check the photo in the product page & scan the QR code for the meeting point reference.
- Contact # may not be responsive outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (weekdays only)
- Regarding luggage, we allow one piece of luggage per person during the excursion. Please also ensure that the luggage is manageable and fits comfortably within our vehicle. (The maximum size for luggage stored in the trunk should not exceed a total of 155cm- combined height, width, and depth.) Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
- There is only one drop-off point at the end of the tour : Near Shinjuku Station (West Exit)
- In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. If you would like more information or need to clarify something, please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.

Had a really good day with this tour. It was quite a big group so a bit skeptical at first but it meant that we could explore at our leisure and do the things we like.
Yuki, our guide, as well as the two drivers were great as well. Very hospitable and informative.
The only downside is that we could either eat really early at the first stop or quite late at the last stop so at the first one we weren't hungry yet but then starving by the time we reached the island.

This was an overall great tour, but our Tour guide Masa’s English was really hard to understand. He did not tell us very much about each place, and basically left us to our free time. It is important to have a guide speak clear English because instructions can get confusing during the tour. Otherwise, highly recommend if you want to see some beautiful sights

It rained the day we went, but this tour would have been fantastic if the sun was shining. Eric was our guide and he was a little hard to understand. The Big Buddha was good to see and the Enoshima gardens were very beautiful. I would recommend this tour.

Very well organized tour. Erick was my guide and was very kind and professional. I think we should have been given more time at Kamakura because of the high season. It was impossible to be on time with all the lines to see the attractions.

We really enjoyed this tour of Kamakura and Enoshima Island. Yuki was our tour guide and she was awesome. She made sure that everyone had a good time and followed up on every request made by all the tour participants. She also provided a ton of information about the places we visited, and gave us plenty of time to explore on our own.
In Kamakura, our favorite was the pathway in the middle of the street surrounded by cherry blossoms. It was not even in the description of the tour, but Yuki made sure we knew about it and checked it out. The giant Buddha and the shrine were also quite good.
In Enoshima Island, we decided to go to the top of the Sea Candle, and it was well worth the few dollars we paid for it. The view of the surrounding area was amazing. The only regret we had was that it was too cloudy to see Mt. Fuji - that would have been a real treat. Because we stopped for lunch, we did not have enough time to explore the rest of the island, but we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the town up to the Sea Candle.
This was definitely one of our more relaxing day trips from Tokyo - don't get me wrong - it was still a lot of walking, but it just felt a lot more relaxing than the other day trips, which seemed very rushed. If you like nature, I would highly recomend this tour, especially with Yuki as the tour guide

The tour was well planned but the weather played truant. The guide Yuki was very hospitable. The sights visited were beautiful and the scale of the Buddha statues was bigger than I had imagined. We also got lucky and we were able to see a ceremony as well.

Eric was a wonderful guide. He gave so much good information on the whole tour, even as we passed through different areas. Every part of this tour was awesome. The only thing I would mention is if you have a disability or issue with stairs, there are quite a few temples that have a lot of stairs, but even being on the ground level, there was plenty to see and do. One other side note, if you are a big or tall person, the buses for tours here are very narrow and without leg room. If you worry about that, a private small group would be better for you. Also a big shout out to our drivers, despite the holiday traffic, were able to navigate through different routes to cut what might have been a 3-4 hour traffic jam to only 2 hours.

The bus was great and everything went smooth. The stites are phenomenal. However, the guide could not speak English well, she kept a mask on and mumbled in tbe mic, thus we did not understand anything about the sites, what to do etc

My tour guide was Eric.
An interesting individual: multicultural, multilingual and bi-national (Chinese-Japanese).
He gave us a tour of the Shrines in Kamakura and Enoshima + explained the history behind most of the Japanese culture differences: why there are no trash cans, why Japan has an american base and how to protect your home against ninjas.

A tricky one to review as you get exactly what it says on the outline. Our tour was flipped due to a traffic accident which was no issue, but it meant we had to eat lunch in Enoshima at 11am when basically nothing was open and everything is seafood based (allergy). So that part didn’t work for me well but was out of their control. We found most places were well time but too long at the walking street and shrine stop - 2 hrs was way too long and everyone in our group was ready to go long before then. In terms of ease of getting around and being able to see things that are far apart it was a great way to cram it all in. Our guide spoke both English and Chinese and gave some info on each stop.

Chen was a wonderful tour-guide: friendly & clear. We had an amazing experience visiting all attractions listed, and enjoyed a comfortable trip around the Southern-area under Tokyo. Many places choose from when it came to lunch in Enoshima as well!

Only down point was the small bus for transportation and being sat on top of the wheel meant a lot of lost leg-space which is definitely needed after so much walking.
