Tour was poorly planned, no Biblical background. Tour guide was not motivated at all. Missed the majority of attractions in Jerusalem in this tour. Tour is over priced, not value for money.

Could have been a good trip, guide was terrible. Guide was impossible to understand, dropped us off in the middle of the the road and gave us wrong directions to where we could get a taxi.

The tour of the old city sites was very inclusive of the many important sites. Amazing how much we covered in one day, well informed tour guide. Would reco?recommend? And might do it again.

We paid but did not receive a confirmation, a receipt or an itinerary with pick up info. We did not go on this trip because of the lack of confirmation we would appreciate a refund and a call.
This trip was excellent and such a memorable experience. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and the group were amazing.
My tour guide was very acknowledge but she shouldn't go with the time because she rushed us badly. I think Viator should extend the time for this tour, they time they give is not enough for pics. Beside that the tour was average good. Food was good as well, they picked a good restaurant.
This tour totally missed the mark. It started with a late hotel pickup and an extremely slow time at the transfer point. We finally got started at the Yad Vashem memorial when our “guide” spent 5 minutes talking about 1 of the memorials and then pointing to the museum telling us to meet him in 1 1/2 hours at the exit. He then took us to the old city, circling the city twice looking for twice. We went to a late lunch and finally got to see the old city at 3PM. We spent no more than 10 minutes at any of the important sites. It was running so late they extended it to six, but by that time half left the tour. Terrible guide! I have booked many tours through viator and this one really missed the mark. A refund should be warranted. Going back again tomorrow to do it on my own.
We had a lovely guide who tried to keep us all together. The sights were great, but there were too many people to really be able to take it all in and enjoy everything.
We got to see many of the must see sits in Jerusalem. Our guide was great. Answered all our questions. Great camaraderie amongst the travelers.
The tour program is great. Tour guide was very knowledgeable as well. The reason for 2 stars is because I've booked the tour in English but it was bilingual, English and French. There were 12 English speaking tourists and one French speaking. The tour guide had to explain everything twice, once in English and once in French and that's sort of ruining the whole dynamics of the tour. Imagine 50 of the tour is spent on something that you didn't agree/pay for. Some parts of tour felt rushed as the tour guide had to squeeze review of the placed on both languages.
Tour was average. Thought we were going to Mount of Olives but went to Mount Scopus instead. Didn't feel tour was worth price.
The tour was ok, but I think we spent more time on the Christian sights than I would have liked. The tour guide also made jokes about Jews, which as a Jew, I didn't appreciate. I also didn't appreciate being taken to a restaurant and given a dirty look when I said I had brought my own lunch. Finally, we spent more time at lunch than at Yad Vashem which is terrible! The tour was too rushed and not well planned.
Tour guide was really good and informative for people of all faiths. Well run
Smart,well speaking english guide, so many wonderfull things have seen.
This was an exceptional day. I was awe struck by the history around me and the current day activities of history still in progress. Our guide, Yehuda, was full of knowledge and good humor...so what could be better than that? The lunch spot he took us to was outside, on a rooftop, overlooking the amazing city we were in. If such things were possible, I would repeat this day, exactly as it was, 2 or 3 more times. Do this tour, get to know Jerusalem...and if you are really lucky, you will spend the day with Yehuda.
NOT a good Tour becous of the guide. He made a 8 hours Tour in 4 hours. He was in bad temper.
Worth the money guide was great fun and interesting from start to finish.
Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. But the tour missed a lot of attractions, such as the Temple Mount and some sites on Mount Olives. I think you can pretty much do this tour on your own if you read a bit about the history.
This was a well organized, interesting tour. The tour guide was wonderful, knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions. We had a perfect day visiting Jerusalem! a must do!!
It was ok. We ate in a specifc place. The food wasnt that good. The tour was in spanish and english. The guide explaned more in english that in spanish. He knew a lot. But it always seemed like we were running out of time.
Very informative but having to translate every comment into french for one couple was a little annoying and lengthy bearing in mind this was advertised as a english language tour.
Incredible tour! Got to see almost everything, the only thing I wished that was included was the mosque and the Garden of Gethsemane, although we passed by it on the way to the panoramic view of Jerusalem we didn't get to go into Gethsemane :, but everything else was perfect and our tour guide was great
The key to any guided tour is the guide and our was top notch. Knowledge about the history and the little inside stories that make the trip special.
Robin our guide was excellent and presented a very objective and balanced tour combining the many facets of Israel.
Tour was just Ok. Booked an English speaking tour but ended up with a mostly Spanish speaking tour and 4 English speaking tourists. Not efficient nor ideal for group interaction or asking questions. Tour did provide overview of major historic sites. The self guided tour of the Holocaust museum was excellent.
It was incredible, the guide tour was really amazing he know a lot of things and he is very simpatique. Super punctual everything. I recomend the tour, of course.
