The guide and the sites were spectacular! Mr. Lee was punctual and kept us on track throughout the day to be sure that we got to all the sites before returning to the ship. We were also able to get an authentic Korean BBQ lunch. Jeju is a beautiful island with very welcoming people.

Tour guide was on time and met us as we exited the ship. First we went to a beach, then to a museum commemorating women who dove for octopi, sponges, crab etc from the sea floor. Then We then went to a replica typical Jeju villiage. Then to Seongsang Ilchulbong Tuff Cone---a unique volcanic "mountain" on the coast of Jeju Island. Then to a market for shopping and then back to the ship. Total duration was 6 hours. Very knowledgeable guide.

This was an amazing tour. Our driver took us to a volcano, a beach, some shopping at a local market, and an authentic Korean lunch where he helped us order the right things. While he didn’t speak fluent English, he spoke enough for us to have a great day even in pouring rain! Thanks Mr Jeong!

The attempt was good but not at the caliber of other Viator tours. Taxi driver spoke little to no English. We were driven to sights and read signs in English IF available. Feel we didn’t receive or learn much from the experience.

This was the worst private tour I’ve ever taken. Our guide’s English was limited to maybe a dozen words. I had previously written that the female divers were most important to us. He first took us somewhere and said crater. No further explanation. After asking again about the women divers, he dropped us at the museum. He offered no explanation and didn’t accompany us inside. He finally took us to the site where there is a diving performance every afternoon- hours before we got there. Due to the time the ship docked, we might have been a little late for the 2:00 performance but we would have seen most of it. We later spoke to other people on our cruise who saw the whole show. But we got there around 4:30. There were long drives between the places - 30 minutes to an hour- and we didn’t learn anything about the island, its people, schools, history or economy because he never said one word during the drives as he doesn’t speak English. We tried asking questions and twice he used his phone to translate something. That was frustratingly slow and couldn’t be done while driving.

The female diver’s performance is only at 2 p.m.
so, If you are picked up from the cruise at 1:30 PM, you will never be able to see the performance. and Performance time is approximately 10 minutes.
Most of the guests on this cruise were unable to see the performance.
Since you wanted a female diver, the driver went around the coast and made an effort to find a real diver.
Once again, I am truly sorry.
Having 4 fun places to visit. Ask to go to the Stones. We spent 25 minutes, but could have used an hour.
The lava cave could be done in 35-40 minutes
At ilchubong there is a free path if you don't want to climb to the top.

Although the guy's English wasn't well spoken, he was still very pleasant and brought us to a few places of interest. I didn't have Korean won and he was able to help me exchange $10 USD to KW. I told him I wanted abalone and he was able to make it the last stop before embarkment.
