I would highly recommend this rafting company! We completed a 13-mile scenic float down the Snake River, and the manager didn’t even make me feel bad about being three minutes late. (But, don’t be late.) Our guide was Sandy and he was awesome. He sprinkled in fun facts about the river, and was informative and just a kind human in general. He was both personable and professional, and his positive attitude made an impact on our group. Safety was his first priority, and we all felt extremely secure, which enabled us to relax and soak in all the views. He also balanced conversations gracefully - he tactfully steered away from potentially political conversations (there were probably people of varying viewpoints on the raft) and did a stellar job of weighing in with fun facts and also just allowing silence to take it all in. Sandy totally made the experience. Would highly recommend!

What a great trip! While I enjoy whitewater, I really wanted a nice, slow and easy float down the Snake River n order to appreciate and admire the scenery and views. We saw maybe 6 or 7 bald eagles, mergansers, geese and a marmot. Our guide Callie was a font of information about the wildlife, the history and the ecosystem of the river as well as giving us loads of tips about where to eat and places to visit. We really enjoyed our time on the river!

Our guide, Savannah was fabulous. She skillfully navigated us down the beautiful Snake River for two hours. Her knowledge of the river and the area was spot on. It was a perfect day!

We had the most delightful experience being rowed leisurely down the Snake River by our fantastic guide, Nick . He was so knowledgeable and entertaining, as he pointed out eagles , hawks and River otters and beaver lodges, and demonstrated how he manoevered the various currents in the river. We throughly recommend his outing for anyone who want to experience the River, but without the thrills of whitewater !

Our guide, Ryan's sense of humor and openness to discussion, his safe, yet fun steering and focus on safety made the trip great. Wish there had been big animals but they weren't out, however Ryan pointed out a lot of birds like eagles and ravens while also engaging the group to share rheir observations so we didn'tmiss anything. We saw a beaver, lots of eagles. He was very validating of a 16 year old on the ride and fully engaged everyone. Very respectful guide, very present person.

Check in was easy and everyone was so nice. Directions and information on what you needed to do in order to make this a great experience. We saw many Bald eagles and Beaver dams. The glide-down the river and all the beauty surrounding you was amazing. This was our second time. You can never get enough!

It was an amazing experience! Our guide, Delaney, was awesome! And so glad they were prepared….it got cold real fast and they had packed blankets and ponchos thankfully 😁. I absolutely recommend the scenic ride.

Gorgeous views of the mountains throughout the whole trip. The trips was about 2 hours on the water. Our guide had a really nice balance of educating us about the area and making us feel comfortable while we were in the boat. We saw so many eagles that we lost count. The check in location is very convenient in town, just a couple block walk from antler arches and square area of Jackson. From there, they gave us round trip transportation. Great way to see the area without being in a car.
