The starting address in the directions is immaterial. Even though the "Tickets" include QR codes, there doesn't appear to be a purpose for them. The experience is driven entirely by an app, and if you are unable to log in, you will be unable to experience the scavenger hunt. Neither the confirmation number nor the reference number worked for the log in, and using one of those was the only direction we were able to get from the support desk, apart from "For step-by-step instructions on how to redeem your tickets and start your hunt, please refer to this guide ..." It was as though I was typing answers that no one was reading. The script (from support) never changed, and we were never able to log onto the app. We left the "starting" point very frustrated and minus the fee.
