Great itinerary on this trip but would never have been as good without the knowledge and personality of our guide, he was amazing 🤩
A very well organised excursion. Perfect for seeing the best of Istria. The highlight was our guide Tin, the perfect mix of knowledge, humour, kindness and a commitment to ensure everyone had a lovely day. I would highly recommend this excursion
Pula was nice, but was rushed. Amphitheatre time was limited, and only given 15mins free time. Not enough. By the time visited toilet, you had to leave for next part of tour. Shame as would have been good to explore it more. Was expecting gladiator tour - but this didn’t happen. Just a young lad charging €5 for a picture (not worth it).
Pula city had about 40mins free time, enough to get an ice cream and work to centre and turn around.
Meal was 40min journey from Pula - was nice food. Seemed to be a deal with family farm as 4 different tour groups there.
Trip into Rovinj, 40mins. This seemed nice place and we had 1hr30 free time there. After long day seemed too long.
Would’ve liked more free time earlier at the amphitheatre.
Shame that we felt we were rushed earlier in the day when time could’ve been shared more equally.
Don’t think it was value for money. Wouldn’t recommend in current format, but if better use / share of time then we would recommend.
A very well organised tour with visits to Rovinj and Pula led by an excellent guide who was both knowledgeable and entertaining. Rovinj is a delight and the Amphitheatre at Pula quite amazing. Can definitely recommend.

What a great tour! Our guide was Mauro. He was very knowledgeable and kept the group entertained. I appreciated attention to the whole group. He also gave great recommendations for other outings in the area. As for the tour, the cities were very beautiful and interesting. Our lunch was a “farm to table” style and was delicious.

Tin the guide made this trip. He was very knowlagable funny and cared about everyone on the coach. It was well worth a visit Rovinj was beautiful definatly worth a visit

Fantastic lady Marie our guide was fantastic. Rovin is beautiful and lunch was amazing, gorgeous food and location, pula ruins were fatastic. My 1 warning would be wstch your belongings, sadly my purse was stolen in pula shopping, no reflection on the trip though. Also my 5 yr old and 8 yr old loved this trip too.

Victor used the Gulliver tour agency for this trip. The coach arrived on time at the arranged pick-up point. The Gulliver tour guide who was called Tin was welcoming and gave out lots of information during the Journey to each location. Our first stop was Rovinj, where after disembarking the coach, Tin gave us a short guide to this location. We were then free to explore for an hour or so. Rovinj is a picturesque location. Our next stop after Rovinj was an inland family run tavern for lunch. The route there involved very narrow roads which were navigated confidently by our coach driver Tom. The lunch provided is a typical inland Istria lunch, which was tasty, accompanied by locally produced wine and olive oil. On the way to this location, Tin quizzed us on what we thought a typical inland meal would be. After lunch, we than continue to Pula to see the colosseum, which is among the six largest surviving colosseums in the World. Our guide Tin, explained the history of the colosseum and introduced to some Gladiators, for photo opportunity. We were then free to explore the colosseum for about 45 minutes. After the colosseum, we were then guided around Pula and it’s Key sights, before having ample free time to explore at leisure. I would highly recommend this tour. If taking this tour, ensure that in Rovinj and Pula that you ensure that you are waiting for the coach in the designated pick up location, as the Croatian authorities have placed strict waiting times for coaches to pick up their passengers. Once again thank you to Tin and Tom for an excellent tour.

Bonne ambiance, guide passionné par son Métier. Superbe visite de pula et son amphithéâtre qui vaut le déplacement. Dommage arrêt à pula un peu trop court.
