Papa a la Huancahína
Consiste en una salsa amarilla hecha de queso, ají amarillo, leche y aceite, se sirve sobre rodajas de papas cocidas, rodajas de huevo y aceituna.

Los ingredientes principales son papa, seca o fresca, maní, ají colorado y otras especias, así como diversos tipos de carne, tambien lleva tallarines.

Se usa la grasa del cerdo con sal para cocinar la carne, se fríe hasta dejarlo crocante, se sirve con papas sancochadas, maíz tostado y salsa criolla.

Everything was perfectly organized. Our guide was on time, friendly and very helpful. He told us a lot about the history and his English was very good. The tour started at the perfect time and we were picked up at our hotel. If you are one day in Ica, this is definitely what you should do. There is nothing more to do in Ica.
The wine tour was informative and interesting and the Buggy Tour was really fun and suitable for almost everyone. It was a once in a lifetime experience to ride town the dunes and to ride with a beach buggy. It was a perfect mix of culture and action.

This was a very good way to spend an entire day. The pickup and drop off was good the activities were very informative and fun tasting of the wine and pisco is something available only here and the sand dunes was a very memorable experience

Well organized and funny tour: the day had been full of tasting Pisco, wine, discovering local wineries and riding a dune buggy and a sandboard.
Starting from about 10:30am we had a full organized day until 6pm. Would recommend.

This was a great experience for my partner and I. Sam communicated with us the day before to check our preferences and to organize all transport and pickup. The day itself was a whirlwind! Both yours were v interesting (if a little fast paced at times), and the lunch beautiful as you'd expect in Peru, though we definitely over-ordered! Sam was on hand to pick us up and drop us off everywhere and gave us loads of great info on the history and culture of the area and Pisco itself. The dune buggy experience was wild, great fun. Highly recommended!

This tour is by far the best you can get!
It has it all! To get some knowledge about Peru’s spirits and enjoy a nice meal and afterwards get the dune buggy experience. Still dreaming about this

The best tour we did! The tour guide was so knowledgeable and gave us a real clear agenda for the day - which we found to be very rare on our travels in Peru! He also gave us so much information about the region and was very knowledgeable. We were picked up and dropped off by the guide in a lovely aircon-ed car and communication was very clear by whatsapp.
We went to two vineyards and onto the dunes for buggys and boarding. The tours and tastings were very different and gave a good variation of piscos and wines. You'll need to buy your own lunch in the second vineyard, but the food was tasty and very cheap. The buggying and sandboarding was so much fun and perfect to watch the sunset go down at the end. (I wore shorts and a tshirt and was fine for both.)

This day felt like such a treat. Joel was a wonderful and enthusiastic tour guide. My favourite part of the day was definitely the artisanal pisco winery where we tasted some very peruvian and interesting wines and piscos! I was a bit nervous about the dune buggy but it was very fun and you could tell the drivers had experience.
P.s. Thanks to Joel our guide, who drove all the way back to my hotel to drop off something I'd left in the car. Thanks Joel!

We had an incredible time! Our tour guide Irwin picked us up from the Hotel and gave us a mini tour of the town, then we went to a couple of fabulous wineries and to top of the day the Huacachina and dune buggy tour was spectacular. Irwin went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. Highly recommended.
