Hello, I really recommend this trip, you can have around 1hr of quad in the desert, and a ride on a camel, with a stop to breath. A free water bottle is given. I advice you to take your own pictures when you can. They also rent glasses for 2€. Don’t worry it was really fun and the guide ride fast when it’s not dangerous.

Overall it was ok but the camel ride was very little and the time we wait to be pick up and go back to our hotel was way too too long apart from that it was good.

If you do not have a scarf to wrap around your face you MUST purchase one for 200 Egyptian. It’s cheaply made. They all make you pay 100 Egyptian to use the goggles. This is never mentioned anywhere in the booking.. As these are required that should be included. I’ve been on multiple quad rides throughout the world and I’ve never been required to pay for NEEDED items. Think how much money this company is earning on these extra fees as you the customer have no choice if you want to do the activity. This is why I gave it a 3, fo better Victor!!

Best thing we did in Egypt. Fantastic trip. Loved by all ages. The quad biking was such fun to drive across the Sahara. The scenery was stunning. The camel ride was fun.

Beautiful and long ride! Got to see a beduin village, got some tea, and i also ride a camel. I think this tour isn’t for beginners, but you can also always get a guide to drive u through all route or to drive when it’s safe and easier to manuver with the quad, while a tour guide is helping you out. I would appreciate if you would make some stops in desert to take pics while driving (obviously one person takes pics, another drives). Because, due all respect, not everyone wants to pay 15€ for pictures. Especially in digital era, and having great camera on our phones. Overall, i would recommend this experience. It’s soo interesting and sooo different to see the lifestyle of beduins and to ride “in the middle of nowhere”. Big greetings for Olga and my tour guide (but unfortunately i forgot his name :( ).

I would not book again with this company. It does not include beverages like they say and I booked an English tour guide , ended up in a Arabic group. Arabic boys and tour guide racing the quad bikes on the way back from the village. No opportunity to take sunset pictures like the other group had as they were too busy racing. The driver uses ‘fresh air’ instead of air con. Not great when it’s 30 degrees outside, more like hot air. The quad biking experience overall is nice but book with a more professional company.

But we would love to explain you some points:- * The transfer to/from your accommodation was fully air-conditioned and no one of the other customers complained about it. * You've been informed in advance that the beverage is not included in your programme, and we've provided you with 2 bottles of water as this is part of our programme already. * You and your Arab husband have received an explanation of the whole itinerary in English and later on you joined an Arab speaking group and your partner didn't disagree on this. * We found some irresponsible behaviour from your partner during the trip that wasn't accepted and we had to deal with it to keep the healt and safety of our other customers. Eventually we have offered you another chance to do the trip again free of charge as an apology for what happened but unfortunately you rejected the offer. We hope you understand our point of view and hope to have you back soon with us.

Let's start with the communication which was sublieme. After booking you receive a confirmation and they contact you through Whatsapp and reply fast. Pick up right on time and trip was perfect. De quad ride is in the middle of nowhere which makes it's super to do. The bedouin village is authentic and friendly people. Do not expect too much of the camel ride - maybe 2 min - but this was just a great extra on the quad trip. The team is great. We will be back :)
