Tour operator did not show up. Waited over an hour and a half. No contact from the tour operator. Very disappointing. Been up since 4am.

We had a wonderful trip, and can't thank our guide Said enough. He was very knowledgeable and looked after us very well all day. From start to finish he guided us through the day perfectly. Can't recommend him highly enough!
Also a shout out to our wonderful driver Mohammed (I hope I have the spelling correct!) He was with us every step of the way, also very helpful and knowledgeable and was a great help throughout the day.

*Firstly, Michael, our driver, came and picked us up with a clean and comfortable car, from the front hotel, early in the morning. He made all the long journey feel nice and smooth.

*Secondly, our guide, Said, welcomed us in Luxor and didn’t miss one thing to show and explain to us. He was really professional, patient (helping and waiting for us to take pictures everywhere) and a great energy. His English is very good and he’s also experienced and explains really well.
*We were so impressed with the whole experience, the historical places and temples we visited, all sightseeings and the way people live their lives in Egypt.

On our summer holiday to Hurghada, we wanted to see something from Egypt. We chose Luxor to visit as it was less far then Caïro.
With this trip you get picked up by a nice, airconditioned vehicle. We had a really amazing driver Achmed who picked us up at the resort at 5:30. He was such a kind person and made sure we had a good trip to Luxor, as he takes real good care of you! It takes 4 hours to get there.
As we arrived, our tour guide Saïd was immediately ready to start. He was such a smart smart person and had so much knowledge. He could answer all of our questions and even though it was 43C degrees, he tried to make it as comfortable as possible.
In fact, the whole trip was mesmerizing and mindblowing!

We had a great experience and trip to Luxor through this agency. We were picked up in front of our hotel in Hurghada early in the morning and driven to Luxor where we met with our tour guide at the Karnak Temple. We visited a series of historic sites on both sides of the river and also had a nice lunch and a short cruise on the Nile River.
Some negatives:
- No bottled water provided even though it was supposed to be included in the price.
- Driver barely spoke any English.
Overall very good value for the money. This package does not include the entrance fees but this is still a cheaper option than some of the other packages out there.

It took 5hrs from Hurghada to Luxor and 4hrs for the ride back. Though the ride was long, going to all the sites was worth it. Plus the tour guide was very knowledgeable and the drivers did their best to get us on time.

Adil picked us up promptly and our drive to Luxor was smooth, Adil navigated the roads with aplomb.
Our guide for the day was called Said and our itinerary included 3 different places, Karnak Temples, the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple with 2 stops in between, one to a Papyrus shop and then a Alabaster factory.
The temples and tombs were truly amazing to experience and Said answered our many questions and was knowledgeable and friendly.
A note to say that the demonstrator at the Papyrus stop encouraged us to buy something and we decided to skip the Alabaster factory as it's a long day and we were really just wanting to see the ancient monuments.
As expected, at each exit there are many sellers trying to get your business, they approach you from all directions so do bear that in mind.
We would absolutely recommend the tour and Said as a guide

A must-do! A great way to kick off a one day trip to beautiful city of Luxor. Our guide, Said, was very knowledgeable and friendly and we had a great time and a fantastic private tour! He gave us lots of historical and cultural information and was more than happy to answer our questions and full of ideas to make our day great! And another quality: he is taking beautiful pictures! And to not forget our driver, Dans (hope i remember the correct name) who made our trip safe! Thank you both for this wonderful day!

We had booked this trip for the next day and got confirmation straight away. Bottled water and a snack was provided which was a nice touch. Our driver Mohammed showed up on time and was very courteous, we felt safe with him throughout the journey even though traffic in Egypt could get hectic at times. The car was new and very comfortable. We were very happy with our guide Said too, he was very knowledgable and respected our itinerary wishes (we skipped papyrus factory and etc). He bought tickets prior to our arrival so we didn’t need to waste time queueing. We also opted for Nile boat ride which was a lovely experience - sipping tea while going to west side (it was only us on a boat which was great). Overall, very happy with the trip - it was very well organised, car showing up straight away as soon as we emerged from the sites. Recommend it!

The Temple of Karnak, the Kings’ Valley and the Temple of Hatshepsut are very impressive. We also enjoyed the boat trip on the Nile.
Unfortunately our guide was not that engaged about bringing that amazing ancient history to life. It was rather a monotone “mechanical” talking. Even for us, native speakers of German, it was sometimes difficult to understand her because of her poor German pronunciation.
As a person, she was quite nice and gave us some valuable tips about dealing with unreasonable prices and the behavior of quite aggressive shop owners.

Everything was ok! The guide even helped pay entrance fees as we had no cash. But the weather was terrible. Way too hot. We asked to return quicker so didn't end up seeing everything. Felt safe all along the way.

Great experience. The driver and the guide were nice and we felt safe on the entire trip. The trip is suitable for elder people as well as the itinerary is flexible and there are occasions to sit down (boat trip, etc.)

Wonderful trip. We were promptly picked up from our hotel at the stated time by Ahmed, our driver for the day. He was a safe and courteous driver....Egyptian road travel can be an adventure to say the least but we felt safe in Ahmed's hands at all times. When we arrived at Karnak Temple we were welcomed by our Egyptologyst guide Said, who was very knowledgeable and informative. We were offered options on where to go from there as it was a private tour, and our wishes not to tour the alabaster factory, etc., were respected. We then opted to take the Nile River boat tour which was lovely and relaxing, followed by an included buffet lunch at a clean and inviting restaurant. Then we were off to The Valley of the Kings, where Said recommended three tombs to tour but did say we could choose our own if we liked. We went with his recommendations and they were, as expected, very impressive and his information was the icing on the cake. Both Ahmed and Said were ready to finish the day with more stops but we finished our day there and were driven back to Hurghada, taking in the lovely scenes along the way to Qena and through the desert. I definitely recommend this tour as a great value and pleasant, safe day trip if you are in Hurghada!

luxor for me was one of the cities which i always have dream to visit it and it was the best decision for me to choose this tour and i can recommend any one to book this tour as well,the company contacted me through the whats up for the pick up time and all the tour details.our representative ahmed picked me up from my hotel on time he was so friendly and professional,it took about 4 hours to get to luxor by road,when we arrived luxor our tour guide hatem was waiting for me and then we started our tours in luxor such a great city,definitely the valley of the kings and karnak temple were the best for me,our driver mohammed was so professional and helpful he made sure always that i was in comfort,i took many photos in the temple.i had nice drink in public caffee shop which was nice experience for me,i really do appreciate all the efforts from the company,special thanks to hatem our tour guide,mohammed our driver,it was really great day

Es war wirklich toll.
Ein privater Fahrer holte uns ab und begleitete uns den ganzen Tag, sodass wir immer mit dem Auto zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren wurden.
Der Tourguide war sehr kompetent, hat uns viel erzählt in gutem Deutsch.
Es war toll eine private Tour zu haben, ohne auf andere warten zu müssen.

Journée exceptionnelle !
Visites respectées et des options sont possibles (telles que la traversée du Nil en bateau, dans la vallée des rois d’autres tombeaux peuvent être rajoutés….).
Notre guide Mahmoud était super, drôle et très à l’écoute de nos envies de visites supplémentaires.
Le seul bémol était notre chauffeur qui avait pour seule obsession d’arriver le premier au Check point !!! Conduite trop rapide et dangereuse !

Cairo Trip ist absolut unzuverlässig.
es war vereinbart, dass wir im Hotel in Soma bay abgeholt werden. Plötzlich sollte dafür 30 $ mehr bezahlt werden. Dies wurde von uns natürlich abgelehnt. Anstatt der Abholung um 5:00 Uhr sollte dies dann plötzlich um 3:00 Uhr erfolgen.
Dies wurde mit fadenscheinigen Gründen erklärt. Schließlich wurde der Vertrag storniert. Ob wir das Geld zurückbekommen ist noch offen.
Von diesem Unternehmen können wir nur abraten.
