We can recommend this transfer organised by Elarya from Nice Tours for us. We had a good comfortable car and driver took us on time from Luxor to Hurghada airport. I must admit it was worth paying more for this transfer as we had a nice car for 4 hours comfortable journey for three tall adults. We could also enjoy lunch in the car.

The driver and his manners were excellent but the biggest and most important drawback was that the AC in the car wasn’t working. Warm heat was coming out. This is absolutely unacceptable in a 4.5 hour long ride through the desert in 30 degrees celsius. It was suffocating inside so we had to open the windows but obviously it didn’t help as hot air was coming in. Surely your cars must be checked regularly for any repairs that need doing so I’m surprised this was missed. I can’t fault the driver but the car wasn’t acceptable.

Our driver, Karim, was outstanding and the car was super comfortable. The downside of this booking is the handling of communication by Nice Tours. Not having received the details for the meeting with the driver, I wrote to them via whatsapp and they only replied the night before the transfer, asking me at that point for passports and confirmation of the meeting point (initially they had even confused the route I booked). I therefore recommend contacting them at least a couple of days before the time of booking so as to avoid spending a sleepless night on their mobile phone with them since they have totally out of step response times. The same morning of booking they never answered my further request for information on the license plate of the car, necessary to be able to access the driver to the resort as they were OOO.
