Great way to do some snorkeling and see the dolphins. Arranging the pick up at the hotel was communicated very well, no problem at all. Great care was taken by the tour operator handing out drinks and snacks before and after the boat trip. Boat trip itself was very nice with friendly and helpfull staff. It was a fun day!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!
This was hands down one of the best tours we’ve done. Everything was so well organized and the entire crew was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional. The boat was very clean, the group felt high-end, and the food was actually really good—which is rare on tours!
What made it even more special was the crew constantly checking on everyone and making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
And the highlight… we saw dolphins THREE times 🐬✨ We were able to swim so close to them—even above them—which felt unreal.
Service started perfectly from pickup with Ahmed. He arrived exactly at the scheduled pickup time, in a very clean and comfortable car with A/C, had cold water and snacks ready, and even played a beautiful, calming Egypt video on the screen. Such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole day.
Overall, this experience exceeded expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting—truly a 5⭐️ experience!

Staff on the boat very kind, food realy good. Departure 1h late because of the weather. But the driver which made round trip was absoltly awful. He yelled at us when we got back because we were 30 minutes late (the boat was waiting for a docking spot), without wanting to listen to any explanation. He drove like a madman on the way back, nearly crashing into other vehicles.

The day began with a timely pickup by Ahmed. He is a gem! Comfortable vehicle, relaxed drive, and super kind toward our family. He was also there to pick us up following the excursion. We enjoyed snack and refreshments.
The boat crew and captain were fantastic. Again, incredibly warm and helpful. They were fabulous in accommodating all people on the boat, whether young or old, novice or experienced.
Day began with seeing dolphins while still tied up at port. Then a long haul to the Dolphin House. Along the way we spotted dolphins from the boat. On location, we were able to swim near some coral and had two small pods of dolphins swim very near us. It was incredible. Important to jote is that the crew of our boat was respectful towards the reefs and dolphins. This cannot be said for other boats and zodiacs we observed.
Lunch was tasty.
More dolphins observed on our way to the final snorkeling location. That last reef was another pleasant swim with good variety of fish and a couple of rays.
The people working this tour, from driver to crew to captain were all lovely and worked hard to make it enjoyable for all.

It was an amazing experience with Mr. Ahmed, right with ontime hotel pickup, taking good care of us, giving all the right information.
And the boat crew was amanzing too, so helpful in showing us the dolphins and optional swim with those, and showing beautiful corals to us and comiing with us patiently!

Ahmed picked us up at the hotel. He is very friendly, he had some drinks and snacks for us ready. He got us a good spot on the boat. It looked like we got a private service. It was a beautiful day, saw several dolphins swimming below us. When we got back to the marina, Ahmed was already waiting for us, while the other groups still had to wait for their transfer for like half an hour.

We made a mistake on the reservation so we accepted to pay 30 euros for the transfer from the hotel to the agent but when he picked us up at the hotel and during all the transport he did shout on us to show that he was not happy about our mistake. As we accepted to pay more and he accepted to pick us up we should not be treated like this. An other point more important the lifejackets on the boat are damaged becareful when you chose one.

This trip was great from start to finish.
Ahmed picked us up from our hotel and took us to the marina. Ahmed’s mini bus was spotlessly clean, air conditioned, had wifi and he also had a free supply of snacks and ice cold drinks. He came with us to the boat, made sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything and told us where to get him after the trip.
The trip itself was amazing, we saw the dolphins swim in their natural environment which was lovely, the snorkelling was amazing, for someone who can’t swim, I was able to take part, I was given a life jacket to wear and the snorkelling equipment, which the staff make sure is on properly then our guide came into the sea with me, on a one to one basis, held the ring with me and told me what to do at all times, reassuring me and keeping me safe at all times, I can honestly say this was a great experience that will stay with me forever.

Great day trip out. We were collected promptly in a lovely transfer vehicle by Ahmed who gave us lots of information on the journey. We arrived at the boat and it was clean and the staff were all lovely. Got to swim with some dolphins and the other snorkeling was good too. Food was lovely.

Pick up was exactly as stated in our own private vehicle. We arrived at the marina and we’re fitted with our snorkelling kit without issues. Both staff on board and the driver were 10/10. Swam with dolphin’s 3 times, will never forget this experience! Thank you

The crew on the boat was great, food was OK and corals were awesome. Definitely our best day in Egypt. Our driver Ahmed (also intermediary) picked us up on time, gave us valuable instructions and helped us with the whole experience.

We had the most amazing day. The weather was windy and the sea choppy but the crew managed to find us some dolphins. Safety is a key priority throughout so only strong swimmers were able to swim with the dolphins in these conditions. By the afternoon the weather had improved so it was safe for everyone to snorkel on the reef. Fantastic experience. A good half hour in the water guided by the professional. Then a second location for free-time snorkelling and finally banana boat fun. A packed programme but an incredible day out. The team were very friendly, helpful and took care of everyone. The sea was cold but bearable. The windy conditions made it a bumpy boat ride out to the dolphins with several feeling seasick. Choose a calm day if you can. Overall, great value for money. Lovely photos and video produced by the professional photographer.

The snorkelling experience is really amazing, close encounter with dolphins, exotic fish and corals. The tour guides were friendly. Logistically they are not efficient and the tour takes around 10 hours in total. Overall a good experience.

Everything was nice. Pick up from hotel in a modern air conditioned minibus, free beverages and water at all times.
The boat was clean and nice, the crew was very professional and fun, specially the guide.
We spent some time with the dolphins, it was a good day and we spotted several swimming. The only thing is we wished it took longer, there were many boats and people at the same time with the dolphins. It would be better to have turns instead of all the boats at the same time.
We had lunch and free beverages at all time, the food was very good.
After that we went snorkeling and saw the corals, finally the water sport was a lot of fun.
Also very good price! Totally recommended.

Some confusion over pick up which was quickly resolved. Boat (Extra Fun) left from jetty 5 mins drive north of marina., spent about one and a half hours looking for dolphins, first group we found had adults and babies. Several boats at same location.
Great boat crew led two reef snorkeling trips and provided a good lunch. Also stopped between snorkeling spots when the captain found another dolphin group, this time we were the only boat there.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Couldn't make the original day we had booked to go as we were ill but Ahmed kindly let us reschedule for the next day. Picked up on time even gave us the money to pay the boat crew for taxes! First stop dolphins House and we saw loads of them and even two playful babies! Amazing!!! The two snorkeling experiences were great too and so was the lunch on board! Then the banana boat/sofa fun just before the end. All in all amazing experience for a great price and with a great company who went above and beyond to makes sure we were looked after! 10/10 BOOK IT!! YOU WONT GET BETTER THAN THIS!

Very cool and chill people. They are very friendly and open minded. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphines. On the boat we could enjoy a delicious meal for lunch and some fruits in the afternoon. The transfer was really great. The driver gave us some snacks and drinks and drove us after the trip around hurghada. He made us feel very safe. Very nice!

Absolutely amazing. We were able to swim around the dolphins, it was incredible. The staff is really friendly, the boat is very confortable and the lunch was good as well. It was absolutely and amazing day I highly recommand it.

My gf and I were on 3 similiar daytrips, and this one is the best by far! Crew was friendly, and had the trip well organized - I was able to get within 1m of the dolphins, jump from the top of the boat, see the coral reefs, eat a delicious meal and chat and make friends. Definitely try it out.

We had a great experience with this tour. We were lucky to actually see dolphins (in &out of water) which I didn't believe when I booked the trip!
The team was great and made the day entertaining. Everything was enjoyable about this trip. The only thing is that we felt rushed when snorkeling (on free time) even though the boat got back at 3pm (a bit early). I strongly recommend this tour as we had a lot of fun and saw great things!

Dolphins are not guaranteed on every tour, we were unfortunate to not see any at all during our tour. The snorkeling was good, however, and very well-worth it. The only downfall was that everyone on board smokes cigarettes, and if you are not a smoker you cannot escape the smoke. Our lunch that was included did not settle very well and we were sick upon returning to our hotel at the end. The 'banana boat' part of the tour we excluded all together after seeing four banana boats go out on the water and everyone on board was flipped over into the water. Being on the Red Sea was fun and the snorkeling was great, just a few logistics made this a less than ideal rating.

The crew was incredibly friendly and informative, snorkeling did not feel rushed though there were a lot of people from other boats. the food was good , but more would have been better. Hats off to all who made it possible for us to swim with dolphins 3 x. they catered to everyone one, even those who were asleep on the first two rounds! I heard them say they wanted to ensure every one , everyone, swam with the dolphins. I would definitely recommend this trip

We were promptly picked up at our hotel lobby and transported with 6 others to the harbor (10 minutes- depending on where your hotel is located). At the harbor the boat had an additional 20 persons to be included on the adventure. After basic rules and timetable we headed out into the beautiful Red Sea. We quickly approached Dolphin House and within 4 minutes we were swimming with wild Dolphins! We were able to do this 3 additional times. We then proceeded to coral reef area where we had plenty of time to admire the coral and beautiful fish. Lunch was prepared buffet style on the boat (all very casual) - food was fine (don't expect great food in Egypt) - but the staff was super friendly and fun. Finally as we approached back to the harbor we had many opportunities to ride the Banana Boat ....super fun and enabled us to bond a bit more with others on the boat. Great deal and fun experience. Bring a little cash to tip at the end.

A fun day from beginning to end. We got to see and swim among a large pod of dolphins. Possibly as many as 20. It's difficult to count them. We were told it is not always the case that the dolphins are seen and even more unusual for them to stick around and play as long as they did.They swam through and beneath the group of us, surfacing within feet of us as if they were checking us out as much as we were checking them out.
If this is your thing go for it. You wont be disappointed. The staff were great, friendly and attentive. The food was surprisingly good and, hey, you're in beautifully warm, wonderfully clear Red Sea.
A memorable day with the banana boat ride as a little icing on the cake.

Firstly, Great staff, Great boat, Great food, Great price...Secondly, What a disgraceful way to treat dolphins! 8 x boats corralling wild dolphins to be harassed for holiday makers pleasure. People jumping into the water to swim with flipper. Constant noise and the captains repeatedly sounding their horns. far from seeing a wild pod to dolphins swimming freely you may get a glimpse of 3/4 until,they manage to escape the sheer madness that is this part of the trip.Thirdly, health and safety non existent...."Those that can swim...follow me those that can't stay close to the boat" was the briefing. A young italian boy swam to the protected coral reef and broke off a two foot chunk as a memento!Fourthly... The banana boat was great fun and a great end to the disappointing day.Fifth and lastly... Beware the Pikey boat that pulls up and board selling crisps and beer...£2:50 per packet and £3:00 for a small can. Not a happy day all round but now I'm experienced enough not to rebook
