Jeff (Chao) was a very knowledgeable and accommodating English-speaking guide. He’s from Hualien, so he knows Taroko extremely well.

The scenes are breathtaking, the tour guide (Mr. Jackson) is knowledgeable, helpful, full of energy. Jackson tells us lots of story related to his hometown, takes many photos for us, also gives us the best sausage in the world, making our trip become memorable! Thank you again Jason!

We had an amazing tour of Toroko National Park. Our guide was superb. Jason spoke great English and was passionate about his home region. We had the most wonderful time with OJ! He has extensive knowledge about the area and Taiwan in general and was able to share countless stories with us that made our trip both to Toroko Gorge and Taiwan more meaningful. He was an excellent guide and the tour was certainly the best part of our trip! 10/10 would recommend!

Taroko National Park is one of the most strikingly beautiful parks we have visited in recent years. Our guide, Joshua, made the day even more enjoyable by giving us an insightful tour peppered with many facts about the landscape and the nature of the park. He also made the day more joyful with his catalog of jokes and one-liners. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you can get Joshua to guide you.

My husband and I enjoyed our Taroko Gorge tour with Jeff (Chao)! We learned a lot about the history behind all the sites we visited and were able to see all the spots listed on the itinerary. Definitely would recommend to those who have limited time and looking to explore Taroko Gorge within a day. By using this tour service instead of the buses we were able to have a more personalized experience and see more of the park.

Pictures do not do justice to the awe-inspiring beauty of this park. Simon was a model guide, with energy and experience to get us to the best places while dodging tourist crowds. He went above and beyond to help us arrange the best train tickets back to Taipei. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Taiwan!

This is a tour which i was initially skeptical. But my husband & daughter loves the nature & hiking so i oblige. NO regrets!! This turn out to be the best day in our 1 week Taiwan Tour. We are a group of 2 elderlys, 2 adults & 2 kids (7yo, 3yo). We took the early train from TAipei to Hualien and Jeff was waiting at the station for us. We were starving so he recommended us to a local store for breakfast. The fried bread with eggs in btw was awesome!! After that we went to the ChiShingTan Beach. Jeff was very informative and he even brought a tablet to show us pictures. We then head on to the Qingshui Cliff. It was breath-taking!! Beautiful..We then went to the Shakadang Trail at Taroko Gorge before stopping for a tribal lunch.Jeff was running up n down making sure we gets the best view, not too exhausted from too much of walking, he will drive the van to the end of the trail. The tribal lunch is okay, something new. Nothing WOW but not nad either. But the hotel that we had lunch was really interesting with an aboriginal set up. A lot of the people who work there are aborigines. They are all very pleasant & friendlyAfter lunch we went to the Swallow Grotto & Eternal Spring Shine. The marble cliffs will take your breath off. After that Jeff sent us back to the train station and recommended us on what souvenirs to get. I highly recommend this tour & Jeff to anyone who visits Taiwan. Taroko Gorge is a MUST do and i will be back too!!!

Our private tour consists four of us so the whole tour was adjusted to our pace. We walked and hiked; we spent more time at certain locations and less at others. Our tour included lunch at a restaurant at the Taroko Village Hotel. The restaurant had a delightful cultural ambiance. The food was tasty and the drinks satisfied our thirst. Ric was our tour guide and driver. His English is good. We liked him very much.

Great tour! Jason "Old J" Lee was lovely, informative, a fab photographer, took us to extra spots to better explain Hualien's history and ensured we wasted no time!! He even tried to get us scallion pancakes and gongzheng baozi afterwards! Just remember: bring change for lunch for the guide as well!

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I'm going out of my way to come here because Jason was truly a great guide and something would be amiss if I didn't send him some serious props. He took my friend and I on a private your around Toroko Gorge yesterday and we had a great time. The best part about Jason is that he is passionate about the area, so when he talks, you can tell it's from a place of genuine love and care, which made the experience more enjoyable for us. His english was great, he was super accommodating, and adaptable throughout the whole 8 hour day. When we wanted to relax, he was relaxed. When we wanted to learn more, he became very attentive and explained everything in detail. We joked and laughed and he provided us with so much awesome info about the history of not just the area, but of taiwan and the people. He seemed to know so much! So yes, thanks for making our experience great Jason. If I have more friends coming to visit me here, I will definitely use this company again.

This was the highlight of our visit to Hualien. "Old Jason" was terrific - very knowledgeable and personable, while giving us space to experience everything ourselves. Great itinerary, customized with our input, plus some incredible "avoid the crowds" spots. Would highly recommend!

七星潭、清水断崖、長春祠、燕子口、瀑布の滝などを9時間かけてじっくり見て回れました。午前中は厚い雲に覆われ、けして天気に恵まれませんでしたが、海の青さのグラデーションが美しく、太魯閣渓谷の水の透明さに感動しました。ガイドのLeeさん（花蓮出身）の説明が丁寧で、太魯閣の地理や原住民の歴史を詳しく知ることができました。
日本人はあまり花蓮に観光に来ない、とLeeさんは残念そうでしたが、ぜひ訪れてみてください。花蓮には日本統治時代の建物を活かした洒落たカフェがたくさんあり、のんびりと過ごすには良いところでした。
