Belle was very knowledgeable about Thai specialties, along with the recipes.
It was a great pleasure to spend an afternoon with her. She even got us to drink blood soup… and it was good!

We were taken away from the tourist area and were given a taste of real Thai food that we wouldn’t normally try. The cat fish red curry was fabulous!
