we had the most amazng guide and driver Jimmy and Johnny...they went out of their way to create a great environment, gave us plenty of time to ask questions, provided food that i was not allergic to, they were very knowledgable and kind , great talking and learning from them!!! They provided such a wonderful history to the ruins... a first class experience!!! Thank you guys for making my and my nieces trip so memorable!! it meant alot

The un-Belize-able Edgar was our tour guide and he is the most knowledgeable and just best guide ever! He knew all sorts of great things about the ruins, the culture, animals, the country it was just such an informative and learning day! Best money spent the entire trip. And the restaurant he took us to Benny's Kitchen was the best food.

Our whole group of five had an incredible time. We had a blast with Edgar the whole time! He had an endless amount of knowledge about Belize and the ruins we toured! We were so happy to have a guide to visit Xunantunich. We learned much more about the history, architecture and customs of the Mayans than we would have gotten from doing it on our own or even the onsite tours. We walked through many of the areas most people skipped and were amazed at how large it extended . We enjoyed a local lunch with some of the best food we have eaten so far . We ended our day with a swim at the inland Blue Hole. It's small but the water was clear and cool. Super fun day!

Great all around tour. Edgar is extremly knowledgeable on Belize history and made sure that we were comfortable during the tour. Message the tour the day before to confirm pick up from our VRBO viator only gave me a couple pick up spots but Edgar picked us up and dropped off at our place.

Don’t make this trip without Edgar as yiur guide!! Talk about thorough historical and archaeological account, he left no stone unturned. It was a fabulous day. Everything was on time & easy. Our Driver, Hez, was the perfect helper for a ling day of adventure and our Guide at the Temple was a walking encyclopedia of information. It was really cool. Xunantunich was literally awesome and the Blue Hole was an incredibly unique swimming experience for us. The while day was a jungle adventure for us without danger or difficulty. Perfect for our family!!
Long day. Bring water, snacks & swimming gear including water goggles. There’s much to see underwater at the Blue Hole.

This was easily one of the best tours I’ve ever been to, strikes the perfect balance between leisure and more adventurous travel. Our tour guide Edger was a first class tour guide. Took care of us so well. Could not recommend this tour enough!
Also the tour was very entertaining! Edger had so many great jokes my friend said he’d use some of them for his kids back home!

Best experience ever! CHARLES was an amazing tour guide and driver. He went above and beyond his job deception to make these moments memorable for us. He was very knowledgeable and humbled in sharing the Belizean culture and history. He was friendly, sweet, and humorous so our long car ride seemed short. The Mayan Ruins was rich! The blue hole was soothing! Our traditional lunch was deliciously fulfilling! Charles also made several other pitstops to make our girls’ trip unforgettable! We’re grateful and appreciative of his time :)

I was a little hesitant booking this trip from Placencia due to the length but it was 100% worth it. We were in a group of seven and everyone agreed it was our favorite excursion. Rickey, our tour guide, made it incredibly personable. He shared just the right out information about the area during our trip and even added in his perspective as a local. We loved his personality as he truly wanted to make sure we had the best time - and we did! The sites were incredible and this is a tour everyone should go on.

The tour was good, we started off driving to Xunantunich where we learnt about the history and the buildings around us, after that we headed to San Ignacio for lunch - we were lucky that it was Saturday so we were able to have lunch at the local market, which we loved. After that we drove to the Black Rock waterfalls (the tour was slightly changed for us to accommodate the fact we started in Belize City), we really enjoyed diving in the fresh waters, and it was a really good afternoon. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to follow this itinerary from Belize City, as it was indeed a lot of driving and we did feel a little bit rushed at times, but all in all a good day!

We are very surprise by your dishonest review as you received back a 100% refund.
You cancelled passed a few hours before your cancellation policy. However, after various back and forth, we asked if you wanted to reschedule. You said no, when you submit a refund request via Viator we accepted. I don’t understand how you can say a Rip Off, when you received a 100% refund back.
It is dishonest of you to say this. All your operators and hotels should be aware of you, for being a dishonest traveller. Furthermore, our many good reviews speaks for itself. Everyone who takes our tours leave wonderful reviews of our services.

We had an excellent guide (Edgar) who was very knowagable and entertaining. The ruins were great and very interesting. I am in my 70's and was able to keep up with the activities. Edgar picked us up at our resort and drove us everywhere. Very stress free.

Great day spent learning, exploring and experiencing the beautiful rainforest weather. Fantastic history lessons for the kids and adults, alike. Lunch, and the historical and cultural conversations with Jimmy were amazing!
We passed on the Blue Hole experience as it had been raining all day and it was no longer blue :-(….next time!
