The crew (captain and guide), were personable and fun. The day we went out it was pretty windy and the water very choppy, so we opted to only do one snorkel. It was disappointing, but not the crews fault. We did go to Bread and Butter Caye for lunch, which was prepared by the crew and was absolutely delicious. We hung out there for a couple of hours before heading back to the marina. Even with the inclement weather, one snorkeling trip is better than no snorkeling trip, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts!

Snorkeling guides were great, high energy, fun, knowledgeable and well prepared. We had a group size of seven and they took great care of us. Planning and scheduling people were to notch as well. Great experience, would definitely do it again.

Very pleasant guides. They will tailor the experience to your ability. You take a ~20 min boat ride out towards the cayes. This tour is not crowded!

Snorkeling was amazing! Theo was very providing and caught an amazing fresh lunch for us! He was sure to point out different fish and tell us what each was while In the water. Once at bread and butter cay a beautiful afternoon of relaxing and great food was provided! Felt very safe while In the water and had a great time!

I brought my sister and 2 year old on this adventure and it was a hit. The guides were so knowledgeable, great with my little one and made the morning so much fun. We got to see plenty of beautiful fish, but the highlight were the nurse sharks!

Theodore, Jeffrey, and Grouper took great care of our group! They were fun and helpful. Our group ranged from 8yrs old - 73yrs old and everyone had a great time. The snorkeling was beautiful and the island stop was pretty too. It was a great experience and I’m glad we booked it!

The crew was very friendly, and took us to 2 different good snorkeling spots on the reef. We saw manta rays and schools of beautiful fish! A couple of things though were not ideal. They arrived 45 minutes late to the pickup spot, with no communication about what was happening, but hey, that is the Caribbean life, I get it. However they did not extend the excursion time, so we only got 3 hours instead of 4 hours. Then the boat ride back to Hopkins was a 30 minute high-speed, bone-jarring ride across the channel, which was not enjoyable. So next time I think I would book somewhere else.

Our guides Medz and Theo were amazing. Since we were traveling with our toddler they tailored the experience so we could all enjoy our time out on the water. My toddler got some beach time while mom and dad took turns snorkeling with Theo. The guides surprised us with cold water and banana bread as we were heading back. After a morning of sun and water it really hit the spot.

So fun for any level snorkler! Guides Medz, Jeffery and Jaden were excellent. The lunch was amazing with fresh caught lobster, conch and barracuda and more goodies. Fantastic day and visit to bread and butter caye!

It was excellent. Our two guides were very experienced. They did everything for us to feel safe. They did a short training for those who never snorkeled before. One of the guides was in the water with us to show and tell about undersea world. And this was the world’s biggest living coral reef. Only in Belize.

This Operator operates many other tours out of Hopkins. The trip was fun, however, we had a relatively choppy water day. I wish the captain would slow down, we got bounced around a lot. The adults ended up with some bruises and we were really scared for our young kids. The snorkel spots were just OK, compared to another tour we did two days later out of San Pedro. There was also a lot of time where we are supposed to be hanging out on the beach. But there wasn’t much to do, would’ve been better if we just kept swimming.

Captain Medz and Jeff were amazing host for my family and I. Great experience of a lifetime. I we have snorkeled before but this time was our most memorable experience. They are accommodating to my kids (6,13,16) and wife. You should try it.

Plenty of snorkel time over coral reefs featuring numerous tropical fish. The provided equipment performed well. Guides were courteous, observant to weather and guests. On return they slowed & stopped the boat to allow us to observe dolphins.

Our snorkel day adventure was amazing. We had a very personalized experienced. It was only us plus one other couple. Medz and Jeff were out awesome captain and guide. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, a sting ray, a spotted eagle ray. It was amazing!

My sister and I did this tour and loved it! We were the only ones to book it on the day we went out, so we basically got a private tour. Our guides were two brothers, and they were so kind and seemed to really care about safety. We saw tons of fish (of course), coral, stingrays, and even a turtle!

My 10 year old daughter and I did the full day snorkeling tour. We were picked up about 15 minutes late from the dock of our resort and went out with 6 other people. The ride out to the Cayes and Barrier Reef was bumpy and took about 45 minutes. The snorkeling itself was wonderful. I really appreciated how they started in shallow water to make sure everyone were comfortable with the snorkeling equipment before going out to three different sites in the Barrier Reef.
The snorkeling was great. We saw wonderful corals, sting rays, a nurse shark, 3 types of angel fish and many other types of marine life. Our guide had a pointer that he used to point out the marine life. He would then come up and say what it was. He kept his eyes on the group to make sure everyone stayed together and seemed comfortable. The captain kept the boat close so people could go back on early if they got tired.
After snorkeling we went for lunch at Bread and Butter Caye. So beautiful and relaxing! The guide had picked up a conch while we were snorkeling and so we had conch ceviche along with chips and salsa, fresh pineapple, salad, chicken and rice. Everything tasted amazing.

Amazing snorkeling with the best guides! They were very patient with some first time snorkelers on the tour. We also spent some time on a beautiful island and ate a delicious lunch. Highly recommend!

Randy and Jeffery were the BEST tour guides. Jeffery knew exactly where to take us and Randy was amazing at snorkeling with us and showing us all the underwater sites/fish. And the bonus was fresh bakery banana bread and fresh-cut pineapple 🍍. Can’t recommend them any higher!!!

Beautiful experience. We went with Jeff and Medz from “ Get to know Belize” tours. They were wonderful and knew their way around the reef. We saw everything we could hope for! After a few hours of snorkeling it was off to the caye for a grilled lunch. We came back to our resort completely satisfied with the experience. Fabulous day in the sun and water

We were very lucky to have a private tour with just my husband and I. We were picked up at our resort and off we went. We stopped at a place on the reef and saw so much beautiful sealife. We then stopped at a small secluded island. Lastly, we went into deeper waters to see the rays. Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. This trip is highly recommended. Medz and Jeff are the real deal - Medz drove us out to the keys to a couple cool snorkel spots where Jeff gave a great guided snorkel tour. He pointed out several things in the water that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Got to see some great wildlife - starfish, tons of exotic fish, jellyfish, interesting coral, stingray(s!), barracuda, urchins, crabs, and more! We even saw a crocodile, a dolphin, and some manatees on the way in! Between snorkels we ate some delicious fresh pineapple on the beach and heard some of their stories. Medz and Jeff are incredibly nice guys and I would 100% recommend them if you’re looking for a great tour.

10/10 best part of my trip! Guides were knowledgeable, really helpful and friendly! Saw many fish, eels, sea urchins, stingrays. Water was amazing. Definitely bring zofran if you get motion sick. I wish we did more excisions with this group!

Never had a tour operator work so hard to make things happen. The day we were scheduled the seas were rough and considered unsafe for both the boat & snorkeling. They had to cancel. I explained that this was the tour of our Belize trip that my wife was looking forward the most and that the next day was our last day in Belize. The weather calmed down a bit but not perfect, but safe. When we got out to the reef area, they asked what our level was. My wife is beyond an expert swimmer, myself... way down on the skill scale. Marvin, the boat captain, started us out on a little easier swim. Our Guide Jeff, took us around the reef and pointed out interesting parts of the reef. Did not realize how time flew by. we were out for 50 minutes. We moved to deeper waters where we saw bigger and more interesting coral and saw rays, barracudas and a myriad of tropical fish. Another 30+ minute swim. Meanwhile the guide stayed close to make sure we (me) were safe (there was a little current) and that we were enjoying our swim. I'm not sure if it was the 50 minute swim or they picked the perfect pineapple for a trip to the research island for a break but it was one of the best we had. Marvin & Jeff... Great job!!! Thanks...
