We had the absolute best time on our “cook your catch” fishing tour and private island lunch! Lennox and Theodore were amazing guides: so friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to spend the day with. They were super flexible and understanding when we had an issue with our room and needed to adjust the pickup time, which we really appreciated. We caught two barracuda, a snapper, and even some lobsters while snorkeling… such a blast! The highlight of the entire experience, though, was the incredible lunch they prepared for us on a private island. It was beyond special and honestly the best meal we’ve had on our trip. They cooked up a feast including curry fish, seasoned fish, BBQ chicken, stuffed lobster, salad, potatoes, pineapple, salsa, and chips ; everything was so fresh and flavorful. This was hands down the most memorable experience of our trip. Highly recommend Lennox and Theodore to anyone looking for an authentic, fun, and delicious adventure!

We had an amazing time!!! Theo and Big Grouper made it so fun for us. They made sure we caught fish and even got us a lobster, then cooked us a delicious meal on the island. We saw dolphins from the boat and then snorkeled and saw nurse sharks, sting rays, and a variety of beautiful fish. Overall it was an amazing day.

Medz and Jeffry were the best guides on this private tour. We caught a lot of fish. The best snorkeling I’ve ever done, and one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The private island was beautiful and relaxing. Worth every penny. Almost worth coming to Belize just for this tour.

They picked us up right from the doc in front of where we stayed. This company is run by a local family and the uncle is the boat captain, and his nephew was the tour guide. My Fiancé and I had a BLAST! Fishing was great. The moment the sinker hit the bottom you'd get a hit and reel up a snapper. Neither one of us love fishing because typically there is just lots of sitting and waiting, but not this time. Then we went to the reef and snorkeled. It was lovely. Also, our guide pointed out conch shells on the sea floor. I dove to get them, and we brought them to the boat. Finally, we went to a tiny, private island and there were hammocks and such to relax in. Our captain removed the conchs from their shell and cleaned them and then our guide made fresh conch ceviche. It was AMAZING! We waded out from the island and did some more snorkeling while They cooked up the fish and veggies. Lunch was fresh and superb, and we both loved it. Also, they supplied rum punch! 😉 It was a superb outing. When we got home, we were pleasantly tired and lazed about in the pool for the rest of the afternoon.

So many activities in one it's a bargain!

This was the highlight of an amazing trip to Belize! The amount of activities included with this excursion makes it a bargain! We were out on the water looking at amazing views of the mainland, fishing, snorkeling, hanging out on a gorgeous private island, and it was the best meal we had on our vacation. The guides are great and it was awesome to learn more about Belize from locals. We recommended them to people we met on various shuttles and hotels. We had a great time and you will too! Can't recommend enough!

Amazing Experience!

Medz and Jeff made this experience the best ever! This experience was well worth every penny. From being picked up at our hotel dock, catching the bait, and as we caught the fish, we got to learn about the different types of fish we caught and learned about other fish around. Once we were done, my husband got to snorkel for the first time ever which was also a chance to learn about all the things he was seeing. After landing in Bread and Butter Caye we had some delicious salsa (homemade) and fruit and enjoyed our fish we caught! My husband and I were both fat, full and happy. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Hopkins!
