Gave me two different places to pick up the bus but they went to a different pick up place!

Aloha Christine, We are so sorry that you missed the bus. We have fully refunded you. As soon as we got to the pick up location our driver contacted your cell phone number a few times with no answer. That was our only way of contacting you. We wish that there was another way to get in touch with you as you were waiting at a different pick up location. Robert, our tour bus driver was awesome. The town tour was very interesting. Pearl Harbour was also amazing. Our 3 rating reflected the explanation of the tour we purchased. It read las though we could also access the USS Missouri, once we caught the shuttle and missed our return ride, it was made clear this was optional extra to purchase and was not included.

Aloha Kristen, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I have personally looked into this matter and it seems that your tickets were for the later time slot in which you had almost two hours before your Arizona Memorial tour started. Sometimes our tickets are for the 9am 10am or 11am tours however we still pick the groups up in Waikiki around 8am and Drop off at Pearl Harbor is at 845am. So if you have later tickets for the Arizona Memorial, our drivers/tour guides instruct all customers to do the Aviation Museum or the Battleship Missouri, or have breakfast to kill time before their Arizona Memorial tour starts. We have spoken with a few customers on your bus and most of them did do just that. We apologize that you probably missed that vital information in which delayed you from making it to your return shuttle to Waikiki. We definitely would like to right this as this is the first time that this has happened. Please contact us directly and refer to us this matter at hand. Mahalo for your time and understanding.

This was an okay tour. We really just wanted to see Pearl Harbor and spend time there. I do wish we had a little more time at Pearl Harbor. The tour guide was ok-a bit annoying.

It was an ok tour not the best or the worst I have ever been on. My excursions in Maui were better . Tour guide was fine not the worst but not the best experience.

Peral harbor memorial inspiring. Submarine tour interesting. But stay was too short did not experience all activities.

This tour was a memorable experience. We were fortunate enough to visit the monument early in the morning before the tour was shut down due to the winds. Our tour guide, Mike was knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts qnd gave us great tips for our stay in Honolulu
