You MUST give yourself plenty of time to get to the entrance. Not just the recommended time but MORE time. At 9am, we were caught in traffic in Füssen for more than 45 minutes, the bus que took another 30 minutes, etc. We missed our entry time and there was NO grace period. So, the company will sell you a ticket but there are many road blocks to arriving on time. I might recommend a tour company to negotiate all of this.

I have only two notes: you need to go to the meeting point at the indicated time and not 1/2 hours later as written in the booking notes (in fact, a message arrives on the cell phone the same day from an operator specifying this).
