False advertising

False advertising ! No cyclo tour and none if half of other “inclusions” also missing. This was Absolutely not what I booked and Viator is barely offering any money back and company not either. This was completely unacceptable as guide even said this company doesn’t do cyclo tour of HCM. Why advertise as cyclo tour and even include photos!!! . Guide was nice, not his fault but this is terrible and VERY disappointed
