Tom my guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. However the air-conditioned modern vehicle turned into a walking tour in the heat because the larger party of customers cancelled owing to a flight disruption. Interesting and very moving experience, especially the war remnants museum. Too hot to complete all the sights.

Our tour guide was a friendly woman called Duy. Before meeting her I realised that she is a very organised person. She sent updates beforehand on meeting details and what to bring etc. She did an excellent job in giving us information on the places we visited and helped us buy tickets and with photos and also kept the group together! I also found the information she gave us on Vietnam culture very interesting indeed. Thank you Duy for making this a great tour!
