If you expect your tour to start on time, that is a joke. My husband and I were supposed to be picked up at 1pm, but received a text right before the meeting time saying that it would be 1:30pm to 1:45pm before someone would meet us. When we got picked up, we went to Independence Palace where our tour guide stated the other part of the group was going to be late. So we walked around the outside and waited, and waited, and waited. The missing group came at around 2:45pm. That is when the tour guide started the tour an hour and 45 minutes late! We had already informed the guide that there were time constraints for us since we were off a cruise ship and had to meet our bus to go back. It was a little after 3:30pm when my husband and left. The guide was still at the palace with the other group talking at a very leisurely pace.
It was extremely disappointing that nobody cared about being punctual. If it was any other Viator tour, if you are not on time you miss it. So starting late is inexcusable. My husband and I got a ride on the jeep from the opera house to the palace. We saw nothing else. NOT WORTH the time or money that we spent!

We understand how frustrating it is to wait. As this was a Group Tour, we always strive to balance the schedules of all participants. On that day, unfortunately, another group faced unexpected delays, which impacted the start time at the Independence Palace.
Our guide mentioned that he had offered several alternative options to ensure you could still see the city's highlights within your limited timeframe. However, we respect your decision to return to your ship early. Please understand that for guests with strict "all-aboard" times, like cruise passengers, we always highly recommend our Private Tour option to ensure 100% punctuality and a customized itinerary.
We take your comments about communication and punctuality seriously and will work with our team to improve our coordination for future group tours. We wish you had a better chance to experience the full "History, Culture & Street Food" journey that we are known for.

Extremely disappointed. The tour had 9 spots to visit when I booked. At the beginning I showed Luc the guide the list and he said most will be done and bitexco tower we won't enter even though the itinerary said that entry and admission was included. Luc seemed to be very off and said that I keep telling the team to update the list but they never have. Magically in 5 minutes my itinerary had only 5 activities in comparison to the 9. This is the only activity that ruined my entire trip especially after spending this much money. Fortunately I had a screenshot of the 9 activities since I knew something was off. I kept nothing what we finish and luc said after 4 activities that were done can they drop us back to the hotel or see bitexco from outside. I said what about these other places, and he responded saying that we went past all this which he never even mentioned when we past by if we ever did. I was fuming when I saw that he was lying this bad. Biggest scam I've experienced in Vietnam and Totally disappointed, i demand a refund and will raise the same on all possible forums. He also had the audacity to say we finish everything fast, kept pushing us to watch the opera show so that he wouldn't have to take us to any other places. The man put down th artists by saying that go for the 6 pm show they would be tired at 8:30, they work extremely hard unlike him and he shouldn't be saying things like this about them. Would never recommend an activity with Luc.

First, regarding Bitexco Financial Tower, we would like to clearly clarify that this attraction is always listed as a drive-by / photo stop only on our tour, not an included entrance ticket. The Skydeck ticket is a separate optional cost managed directly by Bitexco, and this information is stated on the official booking platform. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free entry to third-party attractions that require paid admission.
Throughout the tour, our guide followed the correct, current itinerary, completed all main stops, and also offered additional pass-by views of several landmarks as time permitted, showed you every stop or pass-by view on your checked list. At no point was there any intention to shorten your experience unfairly or misrepresent what was included.
We strongly reject any claim of dishonesty or scamming. Our company has served hundreds of international guests over many years with consistently high ratings, and integrity is extremely important to us.
We regret that this tour did not leave you with a positive memory of Vietnam, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

This tour was a fantastic experience that deepened our appreciation for Vietnam. We visited numerous historical and cultural sites, including museums, temples, a lacquerware workshop, the Saigon Opera House, and the historic Central Post Office. Very disappointed,the guise was very unprofessional. He came late and was always on his mobile phone. He didn’t give us information we needed about Saigon and kept silent most of the time. After 3 hours he wanted to drop us at the hotel,butcwe pointed that we booked 4 hrs tour. We are very displeased and disappointed and will never recommend this tour. The tour was booked through Viator,but the provider was Saigon food tour… It’s unacceptable that they charge so much money for the tour almost without giude,only for driving Jeep.

The jeep tour around Saigon was excellent as Luc showed us District 1 and 2 - and we went out to visit the WarMuseum - Pagoda, and a craft liquor factory and the old presidential palace - his knowledge and energy made it excellent!
