Beware that the times they give you cannot be trusted. The tour takes 1 to 2 hours longer than advertised and every step of the way the guide gives the wrong information about how long everything takes. Don’t plan anything for later that day. We had to pay for our own transportation back (almost 2 hour drive) so we wouldn’t miss our flight.
The tour itself was fine otherwise, so I’m generously giving it 3 stars despite all the stress and extra expenses I endured as a result of them not providing accurate schedule information. You would think if they keep operating this tour, they should have the scheduling figured out.

Bus was 25 mins late to pick us up, no text to say they would be late. Gave us luke warm water. It took 3 hours from when we left pur hotel to when we got to the tunnels (Should have been 1.5 hour drive). 30 min stop on the way to the tunnels which was completely unnecessary. Tour guide was very difficult to understand (English is my first language and I didnt understand a lot of what he said so I can only imagine how hard it would be to understand him if english was not your first language). It felt like he was rushing through the Tour. He would often start talking and explaining things before the group caught up to him. The museum was very good but this tour was very poor even for the price.
Tour was very well organised from start to end. David our guide was so enthusiastic to explain all the details about the tunnel and also about Vietnam. Transfer van was clean. Cu chi tunnels gave us real insights about the warfare techniques used.
The tour offers pick up and drop off from the city centre. The communication regarding time and location for pick up was very efficient. The bus was comfy, had air con and we were all given bottles of cold water. Our guide Harry was great! He was funny, yet very informative and knowledgeable. Such a great way of learning about a chapter of Vietnam history! Great experience for the price

Yay, I had an interesting trip. The tour guide is enthusiastic and friendly. Cu Chi tunnel is very interesting by itself. Breakfast with Vietnamese bread and coffee is very delicious. Recommend!
It's well organized, Mr. Chien, the tour guide was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a good time and enjoy the tour very much. Definitely worth to experience.
