My wife and I stopped by for the lunch sushi making experience and it was the highlight of our Hakodate trip. The teacher was super attentive, warm, and fun. She took the time to explain every step and demonstrate the proper technique. The fish was also super fresh and the sides were delicious.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for an engaging and delicious afternoon experience.

This very small sushi restaurant was site of experience. The owner was the instructor on how to make sushi. She had cut the meat prior to our arrival so we were taught how to make the correct sized rice ball, apply wasabi and mold the meat around the rice. There were also two pieces where seaweed paper was use to wrap. We were also served and taught about Saki.
