The driver will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Tickets, boat rides, meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included. If the driver-guide enters paid attractions or joins paid activities, guests cover their fee. Free waiting is 30 minutes. Overtime costs JPY 5,000/h. Overtime: JPY 5,000/hour for up to 14 seats; JPY 10,000/hour for 18- or 44-seat vehicles. For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.
