Unfulfilled Promises

Todd_B, Mar 2023
Bethlehem was special. It wasn’t crowded when we got there. The Mt. of Olives overlook was great, too. But we didn’t get to see half of the places we were suppose to in Jerusalem. We only saw the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

Phenomenal Day with Avi

Debora_D, Feb 2023
Avi is an outstanding guide! He was able to give us extensive historical and Biblical information, exceptionally personable and very flexible adjusting our timing to experience the life and death of Jesus based on our previous time in Jerusalem. He was able to make connections through his biblical knowledge of the geography to help us understand the Middle East today.it was a phenomenal day and are extremely thankful for Avi’s guidance!

No show! Abandoned with no contact

Pat_P, Dec 2022
Tour guide was a no show! We waited 2 hours No calls, no messages, no email to notify us…called contact number and got a recording And now you’re asking for a review? Your service sucks

Too crowded

Rebecca_F, Nov 2022
We were in a very small bus with 17 people when I thought that I read it would be a tour of 8-16. There were 3 couples who didn’t sit with their spouse which meant that I had to ride next to a lady’s husband which took up 1 1/2 of the seat because she didn’t want to sit with him and there were no other seats. We spent over 2 hrs waiting in line in Bethlehem because they wanted to see the supposed spot of the stable and missed getting to go to the garden of Gethsememe which I was told was a highlight. Our tour guide was wonderful though and did an excellent job however I think it needs to be stated that you need to sit with your spouse or partner and then if there are empty seats you can sit in them. No one should ven forced to sit with someone else’s husband. Very uncomfortable.

Memorable tour

On the day we went we had no clue it was the Israelites flag day. Our guide luckily was aware and designed the perfect plan that allowed us to see the most important sites along with keeping us safe.

Great tour!

1st visit to Jerusalem

Visiting the Western Wall, going to Bethlehem view of the Temple Mount. Our driver was GREAT. He was interesting and funny.

A long day

Rocky_C, Nov 2019
Tour two places in one day is too much. Actually just Jerusalem need a whole day. Drive round way takes 5 hours. Traffic jam in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. By the time we arrive Jerusalem old town, it is already 3:30 pm. Sunset at 4:40 pm. The group is so large, total 46 people. It is very difficult to hear the tour guide. There was tons of people and winding road in the old town. It is very difficult to manage not to lose people there. Have to wait for people at every corners and waste lots of time. We left Haifa port at 8:20 am and back to the port at 9:00 pm. Tour guide said total travel exceed driver’s driving time. Time is so tight but tour guide took us to a souvenir shop as the 1st stop. It is a surprise to everyone.

Small group tour of Old Jerusalem and Bethlehem

Kenneth_S, Nov 2018
Our tour guide was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. Our driver was excellent also as he took some “shortcuts” thru back streets to save us some time. Despite all the crowds we saw everything scheduled.

Jerusalem and Bethlehem

LeslieF_L, Aug 2018
I did not read the voucher stating Compass was also the company to look for. Maybe Viator could be added so the pickup would not be delayed. We enjoyed our guide Abri. He was able to take us to some places that a small group could in quickly. Very informative.
