Swimming in the river Jordan was a high light for me also visiting all the places that Jesus performed his miracles was a seminal moment for me, it give me great pause as I reflected on where I was and what was before my eyes. Jonathan our tour guide he was very knowledgeable, accommodating & multi-lingual, he was patient with our friend who is not very mobile but this trip meant so much to her and he helped her fulfill her dream. So a big Kudos to him. Will definitely recommend this tour to anyone

Our tour ended up wasting an entire hour by turning the bus around to get a few people who were supposed to be meeting us by the ship, but never showed up! A few minutes of "courtesy waiting is ok and expected when a cruise ship unloads passengers but the fact that we turned around, yet never got the people wasted everyones time! We also spent a lots of time in a gift shop... Not needed. The visit to Yardenit ended up being very long as several people ended up getting babtized in the Jordan river. The worst of the tour was that we went to visit a "kibbuts" to have lunch. The price was 25euros per person and not even anything special. We did not eat. Instead, waited again for other people. A long day with lots of walking and waiting around. You will see many holy sites, but I think a mini bus tour option would be better. Too many people on the tour.

This trip was super informative and our guide Thelma was amazing.
The only complaint noted is that when I booked the excursions it said lunch wasn’t included with no other inform proved. I assumed we would be in an area where we would have our own time to eat (given it was an 8hr excursion). Instead, we were all taken to a reception hall and were forced to purchase a meal at 25 euro per head. There was no other options as you were out in the middle of nowhere. This should definitely have been disclosed up front as me and my family of 4 had budgeted half that price for lunch. Not cool at all and felt like a scam.

It is unfortunate that your ship chose not to dock in Israel due to safety concerns. It is
regrettable that you are placing the blame on us, the operator as if it were our decision.
The tour guide was very hard to understand he had a very heavy accent. He took us to a restaurant for lunch that would of costed us $25pp no other items to order, we left after they told us price and found a restaurant around the corner for half the price. Overall tour was good.

Not a common feedback issue we get...Regarding restaurants, we stop at a location that caters for groups.
Alina made all the historical biblical sites that we visited come alive with her stories. She was knowledgeable and passionate. Dean was a great driver. It was a wonderful day we won’t forget.

Expensive dirty lunch, no options. Shopping was at a “tourist store”, not the street market. Guide was too sarcastic, not funny.

Catering to a group is a logistical challenge. The options that are available are scarce. The stores we work with are certified businesses that provide guarantees to the client. Different guides have different styles of guidance. We put a lot of effort into choosing the best guides. We apologize if it wasn't the perfect match.
It was a beautiful day! We saw the old Nazareth ruins and relaxed by the Sea of Galilee. Our guide was excellent.

The Jordan River was lush and peaceful. Tour guide had a wealth of knowledge and kept things moving. We got to have lunch at a kibbutz. Enjoyed our small group. Great tour experience!! Thanks Alona!
Guide was a nice person but lacked any organizational skills, and very poor English. At one stop, she stated to meet at a certain time, then she was ten minutes late, so several tourists panicked and left the area. They had to be tracked down causing a half hour delay the rest of the day. Her very poor English caused a lack of understanding the historical details of sights we visited.

Standing in the Capernaum Synagogue where the son God Jesus, taught the word of God. This tour was an amazing adventure.

We had the most incredible tour of Nazareth, Capernaum, The Sea of Galilee, and Haifa with our wonderful tour guide, Omry. He was absolutely the best- so knowledgeable, respectful, and captivating. The tour lasted all day and we were taken to some of the most beautiful and historical places in Israel. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. Wonderful experience.
We see Nazareth and Galile of sea and we did not see the overlook church top of the mountain
That morning bus show up late and didn’t leave the gate at 9:15 and it was waste of time that people came late not 8:00 on time
I paid for this tour and came here long way from USA once a lifetime

Dear Steven we are regretful, and apologetic to you feeling this way regarding our service.
The delays at the entrance to the Port is not our doing ,but strict entry procedures that took time.which we are accontable for , but not our fault!!
We cannot be held responsible for travelers who come late!!!
Undesrtand your frustration , but Bein HArim is not to blame as such.Regarding the Church, Do. you mean Mt of Beatitudes? Entry times for such a location is very limited, this may have been the reason it ws not possible.
Visiting the River Jordan and going into the River that our Lord Jesus was baptised in our high point.
Our most disappointment though was the stress trying to find our
Tour guide at the start of the tour. We were not met at the ship and spent almost an hour trying to find the company Bein Harim. The guide herself was excellent. But we would find it difficult to recommend Bein Harim to others.
