It was a lot of fun. Willem was a great boat driver and tour guide. He was fun and informative. And really knew the history of Haarlam.
This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Our host was a wealth of information and an accomplished comedian. The amenities were very good as the tour included local snacks and an assortment of wines and beer...all free. He is fluent in at least Dutch, English and German, and who knows what else. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Haarlem!

Amazing experience, Kai was our sailor and he explained the history of the oldest buildings that you can see from the canal in such a detailed manner.
I waited almost an hour for this tour only to find they cancelled it at the last minute. I’m still wailing for confirmation on refund.

The boat arrived 30 minutes late, and the cruise tour itself only lasted about 45 minutes (when the description says 75 min). Additionally, there were two guides speaking two different languages which was very distracting (the description says the tour is in English). What I could hear from the guide seemed like good information. Size of the tour was fine but guides could’ve done better directing people into the boat (I got in last and other people would not move down/spread out to balance the boat so I ended up being uncomfortable). The snacks and drinks provided were subpar.
I was a little worried we were waiting in the wrong spot because there was no sign and the boat arrived right on time but it was a fabulous tour, wonderful to have snacks and drinks included. Would recommend!

This was a well-informed guided canal tour in Haarlem. The content was 50 mins actual tour, as for the 1-hr trips with the remaining time for snacks snd social interaction. Unfortunately the delivery of snacks (as opposed to drinks) didn’t happen and the boat eventally moved off about 45 minutes after the start time. There was a totally disorganised feel about it - which was a real pity as the ‘dkipper’ could have done do much better. We would go for the chesper, simpler option next time. (We were taken afterward to the local pub and introduced to a member of staff for the provision of the snacks - but that still didn’t happen!)
It was a very nice ride with lots of stories of Haarlem. Plenty of beverages to chooae from and the snacks where nice too. Definitely worth it.

This is a very relaxing peaceful canal tour. The guide is very personable and has a lot of information, which he will adjust to your questions. You should listen to him. He also supplied snacks and drinks. If you want a low key tour with a small group, this is for you. This is not your typical canal tour with pre recorded info.
Never happened operator contacted 30 min before departure to cancel due to mechanical problem. Disappointing. Need refund.

This is fraudulent. We paid for a canal cruise in Haarlem, Netherlands..this was charged to SF, California. The cruise did not exist and was cancelled by the merchant right before the event was scheduled at 4pm. The phone number listed did not work either. Reporting the fraud.

This description needs to be rewritten. It does not leave from across the Teyler museum. It does not have stops (no stops at all) at all the museums and churches listed, nor included admission to them. It IS a very nice cruise tour.
Mo is an amazing host. He kept a good sense of humor while telling us interesting facts throughout the ride. It left me feeling I have to come back and spend more time!
