Very nice and gentle crusie. When you can smoke the herb and gently roam around the canals by boat is very nice. Was back a second time today. Bring your own herb and relax.

We booked the boat cruise through Haarlem’s canals on a whim, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The boat glided quietly past centuries-old merchant houses, hidden gardens, and under charming little bridges that you’d never notice from street level.
What really made the experience was our tour guide. He was knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we stepped aboard, sharing stories about Haarlem’s history, its ties to the tulip trade, and quirky details about the buildings we passed. He had a great sense of humor and made sure everyone, including a couple of kids in our group, stayed engaged the whole hour.
The boat itself was comfortable, clean, and not too crowded, so we had plenty of room to move around and take photos. The pace was relaxed, never rushed, giving us time to actually soak in the views instead of just cruising past them.
If you’re visiting Haarlem, I’d highly recommend this cruise, especially if you get a guide as engaging as ours. It’s a lovely, low-key way to see the city from a completely different angle.
