This was an absolutely beautiful and amazing hike! Michael was an incredible and personable tour guide that shared so much rich history about grenada with us. I walked away feeling like I truly knew a lot more about this beautiful country. The hike itself was so great, a bit challenging and slippery in some parts, so make sure you are prepared with durable shoes (ones you don’t mind getting wet) water bottle, eat a hearty breakfast before, bring bug spray and maybe a snack or two. Michael taught us about the wildlife and plants in the area we were in, the spices, and all their uses. The knowledges shared and the love for grenada was infectious and wonderful to experience. I would absolutely recommend and do it again!

It wasn't really any...

Kendall_T, Oct 2025
It wasn't really any excursions that you can do as a solo traveler... But I found this and the price was reasonable. Tour guide Michael was knowledgeable and friendly.. Be somewhat in shape because The hike to the waterfall can be difficult for some. Other than that the waterfall is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Response from Host, Oct 2025

We cater to all travelers, whether you're solo, couples or groups. Everyone is welcome! Thanks for providing us with your feedback. The trail to the waterfall can be challenging especially when it rains but it's all part of the experience. Thanks for booking.

Seven Sisters hike and monkey business

Alison_H, Nov 2024
Great little hike down to seven sisters waterfalls, we were certainly glad we had our guide Michael to walk us down there. It was steep and very slippery and without his and other guides help would surely have gone over. The waterfalls were beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in both with Michael being tour photographer. Steep hike back up but less slippery. We then stopped at grand etang lake and had some photos with a monkey. It was an enjoyable morning and we were definitely well looked after

Great way to see a different part of the island and get local info

Rawly was a fabulous guide - never felt rushed and he was very attentive and made sure we all had an enjoyable experience.

Jump in the waterfall!

David_C, Jan 2024
Unique way to experience Grenada. Make sure that you bring whatever you need to make you comfortable to jump into the waterfall, it is magical. My only concern is that the path is not as straightforward as some of the other reviewers have made it seem. It is steep, rocky, and slippery. I am surprised that guests are not regularly injured. You need to wear sensible shoes and be in reasonably good shape. You will need to use the walking stick they give you. Someone who is older, frailer, or carrier a few extra pounds will likely struggle. If you need more time, just tell your guide. Don't let the faster guest or the guide set the pace. Besides, the scenery is beautiful. Finally, don't be afraid to have the mona monkeys climb on you.

Once in a lifetime experience!

Joy_R, Dec 2023
Just wow! 🤩 A once in a lifetime experience. (If you don’t live in Grenada! lol) My tour guide, Rolley was really amazing. This was my first hike. And he literally took me by the hand through the more challenging parts. So worth it at the end! Absolutely gorgeous! Be prepared with hiking shoes, swim wear & towel. I highly recommend!

Great Hike and Grenada Visit

Kimberly_M, Dec 2023
The trip from start to finish was very enjoyable! I was a cruise passenger and pickup/drop off was easy. Our guide, Rawl was great! He provided a lot of information about Grenada and it’s history and had a tour on the way to the rainforest. I was able to take pictures and make small purchases along the way. The hike is not very strenuous but you should be in relatively good shape(take bug spray and good footwear). The rocks and mud are very slippery when wet. The waterfalls are beautiful! I had plenty of time to walk around the city after the before heading back to the ship. This is a great excursion if you want to get some exercise but not be so tired that you want to sleep the rest of the day ☺️. Thanks Rawl for a great time!!

Seven Sisters Hike

Toni_J, Oct 2023
I planned a quick getaway to Grenada and booked this took on viator.com. It was amazing. My tour-guides name was Rolley and he had a contagious positive attitude. It also helped that he was very knowledgeable. He gave us a few details about Grenada on our way to the hike. The hike was slippery, so bring hiking shoes. I also recommend swim shoes and repellant. The waterfall was well worth the hiking experience. Rolley made sure we were all safe throughout the hike. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Morning Hike

Maria_G, Jul 2023
The hike was definitely a bit strenuous as the ground was wet but it was well worth it. The rainforest was beautiful and it was a great morning. The ride from the hotel up to the hiking site was rough and I felt very sick but Raul, our guide, stopped multiple times so I can get out and walk and also got me a soda water which made me feel better. I would definitely reccomend this but make sure you wear good shoes (I wore sneakers but good water shoes probably would have been better because it was slippery) it is also much cheaper than the tours hotels offer.

Response from Host, Jul 2023

The hike was definitely an experience but our tour guide Michael made it one of a lifetime Not to mention Seven sisters is as breathtakingly gorgeous in person as it is in the photos. This is a must add to your bucket list ✅ Hopefully when we come again we’ll take on Mount Qua Qua!

Awesome adventure, one I would do again.

Rochelle_C, Apr 2023
Hiking to the waterfall was easy until I fell and cut my arm and twisted my ankle, the waterfall was well worth the hike. On the way back Raleigh (tour guide) and another man carried my backpack and Raleigh helped me get up some of the challenging areas of the hike back up, I would have never made it on my own.

Lovely half day trip into the forest

GillG, Apr 2023
Michael our guide was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble . He looked after us very well throughout the whole trip, giving us lots of interesting facts about Grenada and it’s flora and Fauna. Lovely hike down to the falls, where we were totally alone and swam in the clear pool. The hike is reasonably strenuous but only needs a basic level of fitness, although would be a lot more treacherous if the conditions were wet

Great

Fiammetta_L, Apr 2023
Rawl has been a great knowledgeable guide and made the hike very interesting and fun, very recommended thank you!

Book it, you won’t be disappointed

Vegasbaby, Mar 2023
We booked this trip and were collected from our hotel by Michael, he was a fantastic tour guide from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the trip and his country. The tour was fantastic, we had good weather so it wasn’t too slippery or muddy. The waterfall and lagoon at the bottom was lovely for a dip after the hike down. Great trip with a great guide.

Great hike

Mary_G, Jan 2023
We had a great tour guide, very informative. The hike was a bit of a challenge….steep and muddy, our guide got us each walking sticks, helped us thru the muck, he was very patient. Thanks so much , have wanted to do this hike for years!

Great way to see and experience the rainforest

Carmino_A, Oct 2022
If you enjoy nature and outdoors this is a trip for you as the rainforest is beautiful. The hike for us wasn’t too difficult but we are relatively fit couple. Our guide Nick was fantastic and gave us loads of history and information on it as we hiked through it. It had rained a lot the day and night before so the trail down was extremely wet and slippery so I would advise anyone wanting to experience to bring some footwear with some half decent grip and which they don’t mind getting dirty and wet. Once you get to the bottom you have to pass through a stream to access the waterfalls, because of the rain the flow of the water was strong so there was no chance getting across on the stones and staying dry but as we were expecting this it was a lot of fun wading through the water to get across. Again because of the weather the night before we were advised that swimming in the falls wasn’t the best idea, which again we knew the risk of this as it is the rainy season but was still beautiful to see. We really enjoyed this trip as we love the outdoors. I would just mention to anyone wanting to do this trip purely for the picturesque Instagram photo in the falls you might be disappointed as the weather in the rainforest can change quickly and you might not get the image you were hoping for. This is the 2nd trip we did with Henri Safari and would recommend them to anyone visiting the island as there service was fantastic.

Loved it!!!!

Anonymous, Jan 2022
What an amazing excursion! My husband and I went on this hike with Michael, who was knowledgeable and chock full of interesting island information from the minute he (promptly) picked us up at our hotel. He knew about Grenada's history, vegetation, and was a truly excellent tour/hike guide. It was so cool to interact with the monkeys, and the dip in the waterfall was well worth the hike to get there!! Overall would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an interesting and unparalleled Grenada experience!

Strenuous hike beautiful waterfalls

Sondra_F, Jan 2022
This hike is treacherous and should only be attempted by the very fit. Six of the 8 in our party fell on the muddy, steep trail. The falls are beautiful and the swim refreshing. The guides were very helpful. Wouldn't have made it without their assistance getting down and back up.

Great excursion

William_W, Jan 2020
The hike to the waterfall on muddy trails was a bit challenging but well worth it. Our guide was outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

Requires some stamina

lynda_A, Oct 2018
You should do this excursion and trip before you turn 65 or 70 yrs. Our guide Dexter was very pleasant and patient. He helped me with my bag down to the falls and back up on the trek.

This was a very enjoyable hike to...

Alan_L, Feb 2018
This was a very enjoyable hike to two of the Seven Sisters Waterfalls. Our guide picked us up at the port and on the way to the hike he was very informative about the island culture, schools and history. We made two stops on the way to the hike one at an overlook that we could take pictures and another that we could take a short hike up to a breath taking view of the island. During the hike to the waterfall our guide was very good to point out the different spices that were growing and to walk at our pace not hurried to get done. Once at the waterfall we were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted enjoying the water and taking pictures. We arrived back at port with plenty of time to look around and shop. I was very impressed with the fact that since just the two of us were the only ones that had booked the tour that day it was not canceled for too low of a number.

Seriously muddy and very tricky...

Seriously muddy and very tricky hiking, this was an adventure. Getting to the waterfalls was a challenge, but it was worth it. Our very knowledgeable guide made the trip a great experience!

Lauf zum Wasserfall

DrMichael_H, Mar 2025
Komische Tour.
