Robert, our private tour guide was wonderful. We spent a full day exploring all over the island. Many places and beaches you would never see on a normal excursion. We enjoyed Ft. Frederick, the chocolate factory, unfortunately the rum distillery was closed. We ate at a local place in Grenville which was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Grenada. We never felt rushed, and he always asked us what we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

We opted for a tailor made experience which was outstanding. Designing the whole days activities with the support and guidance from our allocated guide Richard. His expertise and passion to showcase his country to others was inspiring. The air conditioned minivan with plenty of space was perfect. One hundred percent we would recommend this experience to all.

Had an amazing day with Richard as he took me on a tour of the island, introducing me to lots of people, showing all the sites and beauty spots. Richard was a top guy, very friendly, very knowledgeable in a jam packed day. 9 till 6! Highly recommend it

Good tour but late pick up

The tour itself was good with a fun and knowledgeable driver. However, it started off badly as the driver arrived 1hr and 15mins late with us receiving next to no information from the driver, we tried messaging through the Viator portal to the tour company but received no reply so we had to rely on asking our hotel to find the contact details (which they had to do via Viator as these were not easily findable) and call the tour company at various intervals while waiting. When the driver arrived they were very apologetic and bought us a drink each and entry into one of the stops. However, the long wait at the start with limited information as to whether we would still receive a tour or not started the day and tour off badly and I would urge this to be improved for the future through either providing a contact WhatsApp number and/or fixing the Viator portal to give easy communication to the tour company.

Fantastic Private Tout of Grenada!

What a superb experience. Our fantastic tour guide, Robert really knew the island so incredibly well and truly provided a "Fun Tour" of Grenada! The tour of the island was extensive as he introduced us to many of his favorite aspects of his nation. He hit many of the popular attractions (i.e. forts, chocolate factories, waterfalls, distilleries, etc) but also shared locations across the island that were essential to the Grenadian people's history, especially since we went during the week of Grenada's 50th anniversary of its independence, I do not have the space to write about all the things we saw and the people we spoke to but our group of 6 people were throughly impressed and fell in love with the island. Can't wait to go back and see more next time we visit!

The tour operator was very knowledgeable and the overall tour was good. But what made me uncomfortable was that he asked me to cancel my tour with Viator and book directly with him. He kept saying Viator won't pay him. I never had such experience with any of my previous tours with viator.
