“Inflexible Shuttle Policy and Unclear Scheduling”

Hi! I just want to share my experience with Cappadocia NAV Kayseri ASR Shuttle Airport Transfer. Their service management was not good. I booked a 6:30 a.m. pickup from our hotel to the NAV airport because our flight was at 9:30 a.m. They confirmed, but then told me we would be picked up at 7:45 a.m. instead, since they had to pick up other passengers. The travel time to the airport is almost an hour. I decided to cancel because I didn’t want to rush — that’s exactly why I booked the 6:30 a.m. pickup in the first place. However, they messaged me saying I could no longer cancel since it was less than 24 hours before the pickup time. I didn’t get a refund for what I paid. I ended up booking a taxi instead, 3 hours before our flight. The money I paid them was wasted. If I may suggest, please don’t give customers the option to choose their pickup time if you’ll just change it anyway. It would be better to ask what time their flight is and arrange the schedule accordingly. It seems like it doesn’t matter to you if your passengers miss their flight — as long as it’s convenient for you! That’s all, thanks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please note that the service you booked was a shared shuttle transfer, not a private one. On that day, there were 13 passengers scheduled for the same flight, which required us to organize pick ups according to the shared transfer route. If a private transfer had been booked, your requested pick up time of 6:30 a.m. would have been arranged exclusively for you. However, since this was a shuttle service, pick up times are determined to accommodate all passengers efficiently. Your cancellation request was received approximately two hours before the transfer time, which unfortunately falls within our non-refundable period. We kindly remind that, in all our years of operation, none of our guests have ever missed their flight due to our shuttle schedule. Our system requires us to provide available time slots, and guests are expected to be ready at the scheduled pick up time. For domestic flights, arriving at the airport one hour before departure is sufficient and well within safe limits. We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, leaving a negative review solely because a refund could not be issued does not reflect the overall quality or reliability of our service. We take great pride in ensuring that no guest is ever left behind, and our shuttle service operates for the convenience of all passengers, not just one party. Thank you for your understanding and for sharing your thoughts with us.

We were picked up from our hotel exactly at the time we were told via email. Professional driver. Quick and comfortable ride to the airport. We made it to our flight without any issue. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a shuttle to the airport :)
