Our tour was more for beginners, and since we aren't beginners, I didn't enjoy it. And I don't recall them mentioning that it would be a slow pace, since a kid was guiding the horse beside him.
I had an amazing experience on the horse sunset tour, made even better by an incredible staff. Sena was fantastic with transportation logistics and communicated promptly throughout. Murat and Ferit were also a huge help along the way. But Beshir truly made the tour special — as a first-time rider, I was nervous, and his patience and encouragement turned that anxiety into one of the best parts of the trip. He’s a bright, genuinely kind person who clearly loves what he does. I highly recommend this tour group to anyone looking for a memorable, well-guided adventure.
My wife and I came for the sunset tour. Unfortunately I have a bad knee and was hoping it would be ok but about 10 minutes my knee began to hurt badly. The operators drove to where we were, picked me up and brought me back to the beautiful ranch to relax, filling me with Turkish tea while my wife was able to complete the tour, which she loved! Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of doing the horseback riding tour.
This was a great experience. I was impressed with how patience the guide was and accommodating to my friend who became scared of the horses. He even walked with her horse to guide it. The views from the valley were a great way to see parts of Cappadocia and the guides even took photos for us. The pickup from the hotel was easy. I would I highly recommend this experience.
We had an amazing sunset horse riding experience in Cappadocia! The team was very flexible with the pickup and start time, making sure we would be in the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. As first-time riders, we really appreciated how patient and supportive our guide was throughout the entire ride.
The route through Red Valley was absolutely breathtaking, and we were treated to one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. The horses were well-trained, calm, and clearly very well cared for, which made us feel comfortable and safe.
This was such a unique and unforgettable experience, combining Cappadocia’s stunning landscapes with the joy of horseback riding. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip!
We had a good experience with this company. . . horseback riding was so much fun, the guide took good photos of us. hotel pickup was prompt and everything is seamless.
Great experience. One guide in front and one guide in back. Both were very attentive. Experience was relaxing and well paced. Felt safe.
The providers severely lacked professional judgment. It was starting to rain with thick rain clouds in the sky and the suppliers continued with mounting us on horses and taking us down a route. Then the rain got heavier until it was so heavy we couldn’t ride anymore.
We were forced to disembark in muddy path to walk back in the heavy rain and promptly taken back to the hotel. I would have been less mad if they used their professional judgment and didn’t take us out in the first place.
Ended up trekking through mud. Should have booked with a more reputable provider. The driver who picked us up in the first place was also incredibly unprofessional. Ten minutes late to pickup even after telling us to be on time and constantly on the phone as he seemed to struggle to find the second set of customers.

Thank you for your review. However, unfortunately, we do not accept your claims. Despite the heavy holiday traffic, we picked you up on time, and we all witnessed the weather conditions together. We had already informed you in advance that if the weather became too severe, we might need to return early to ensure everyone’s safety.
As you also saw, the weather suddenly worsened dramatically and hail started to fall. It was not possible to continue the tour without putting anyone at risk. For this reason, we safely returned you to your hotel with a private vehicle.
We also offered you the option to reschedule the tour for the next day at no additional cost, but we did not receive any response from you. Today, you requested a refund, but before we had the chance to reply to your email, you posted this review.
We are truly sorry for the weather conditions. However, our horses, transportation, and team are highly safe and professional. Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control, and we would never want our tours to be interrupted either.
We can proceed with a refund if you prefer, and once again, we would be happy to welcome you on the tour free of charge at another time.

We had a fantastic horse riding experience in Cappadocia and would highly recommend it.
Everything was very easy from the start, with a convenient pickup directly from our hotel. It ended up being just my wife and me on the ride, which made the experience feel really personal and relaxed.
Our guide, Ziya, was super friendly and great with the horses. My wife was a bit scared of them at first, but he was very patient and led the horses carefully the whole time, which helped her feel comfortable and enjoy the ride.
Overall a wonderful experience and a great way to see Cappadocia!

Horse riding through the red and rose valleys. We were picked up by the team, given tea and biscuits and shown how to ride the horses. The horses were easy to ride as we were all beginners. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. A great way to see these valleys.
What an unforgettable experience, if you love horses and sunsets you need to book this now. The team was extremely professional and kind to us. The sunset was the star at the end and the background was out of this world. I could not say one negative thing. They took amazing photos of us and made sure we were safe at all times. The horses are well trained and well cared for. They only do 2 rides in the day which is important to me as an animal lover. There are some parts that are steep and at least 20 minutes of the ride are inclined with you having to go uphill and downhill.
The crew is amazing and deserve a nice tip because they go above and beyond. I purchased some honey at the peak of the mountain and they tied it to my horse so when I left I forgot it and they helped me coordinate a taxi to bring it to my hotel way after we had left. Overall such an amazing memory!

We had a private tour with just two of us, since we both had a lot of riding experience the guide let us canter up the mountain which was amazing. Breathtaking views. Horses all very well cared for.

Enjoyed my horse riding experience with the guys here. Horses looked very well looked after and well tempered perfect for beginners. The route they take you on is very scenic. Definitely recommend when you are in Cappadocia.

A well managed trip with good horses. Riding up and down the hills of rose valley at sunset was a beautiful experience and definitely worth doing. My husband and daughter are non-riders, but they were treated with care and made to feel safe. Communication was a little unclear - which may be due to the viator business interface. Our booking confirmation from viator said 4pm collection, but despite trying to contact the operator to confirm this earlier in the day, I had no messages until we were advised at 4.15 that pick up would be 5.15. So a bit of unnecessary waiting around that could have been avoided with clearer instructions. All in all a good trip though, and we felt safe throughout.

This was a wonderful experience. Guides where lovely, took photos for you to capture the moment. We were given a rest at the half way point for drinks and toilet stop. Highly recommend.

This was hands down the best thing we did in Cappadocia! The guides were all amazing and the tour was stunning. At the top of the trail we stopped and had fresh orange and lemon juice. 10/10

I’m telling everyone to book this experience! It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity - from the people to the horses to the views, it was all incredible!
The horseback riding experience was great, even though it was my first time. I signed up for it because I’m quite obsessed with horses. It’s incredibly affordable compared to the US.
The only downside was that the two-hour ride felt incredibly long. I suggests that there should be another options for 30-45 minutes of horseback riding. I was so tired because I had just arrived at the airport after a long 14-hour flight. I started to feel restless, my glutes started to hurt and I was so sore the next day. I was so tempted to stop and not take the two-hour ride, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me decide to go through with it.
Definitely worth it! Enjoyed every steps. The view was gorgeous and our guide was checking on us the whole time. They used our phone to take group pictures for us and those were great photos. I recommended to my friends who are coming in May.

What an amazing tour! From the very beginning, everything was seamless—the pickup and drop-off at our hotel made it so convenient. We started our adventure with the balloon takeoff and then headed through the stunning Göreme National Park.
The tour began just across the road, and we made our way through Rose Valley before reaching the park. I loved that it was a small group, which allowed for a more personal experience. Our guide was fantastic and took excellent care of us throughout the day.
We even stopped at a breathtaking viewpoint on top of the national park, where we had a wonderful time soaking in the scenery. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the area! 🌍🎈
