Horrible Experience!

We had a Horrible Experience with this tour. The Driver did not come to pick up us in time. We called the Tour Operator several times. And he kept pushing up to buy other tours from him. After a few reminders and calls the Driver turned up very late. He spoke and understood NO ENGLISH. He was basically just a driver; explained nothing of the Sites and Locations. The Tour was of 2 Hours and he completed it in 40 Minutes. He was very unfriendly; poorly dressed and driving as if he was drowsy and was very irritated. In 40 minutes all he did was drive us around which we could do on a taxi. Horrible Experience. Unprofessional Tour Company. This is the only Horrible Tour we had out of the dozen tours we booked with Viator.
