Reserve el tour de paseo en globo y el día que correspondía hacer el tour, llegaron por nosotros en un horario de 9:30 am, cuando yo había reservado a las 5:00 am y nos dijeron que el tour que íbamos a realizar era un recorrido por la ciudad, cuando yo pague un paseo en globo, cuyo valor es tres veces más que el del tour por la ciudad de Capadoccia, las condiciones meteorológicas para volar ese día eran aptas así que no había motivo para cambiar mi actividad, he tratado de contactar con Viator porque tengo el mail de confirmación de mi experiencia en Globo y no me han dado respuesta. Definitivamente no recomiendo.
