Good tour and services. Everything they mentioned in the package was well covered. The guide could have been a bit more elaborative like with other agencies by sharing videos / pics to explain history. Overall it was quite good

We took two circuits: red and green. All in all, everything was perfect except that on the second day (second circuit), my spouse had a sprained ankle. Unfortunately, no assistance had been received from the guide. Fortunately, the group had helped us transport her to the bus. Even the driver did not drop us off at the hotel entrance despite his difficulty in moving. It was unacceptable. We felt abandoned.
