Wait right at the sign, if someone else tells you Tikal tour and doesn't have their name, ignore it If you arrive by air from Guatemala City, we will be waiting at the airport with a sign with your name so you can identify us upon exit. Las Lagunas Boutique and Villa Maya Hotel 08:15 am be ready please. At Remate, Las Gardenias, Hotel El Muelle, Gringo Perdido and Camino Real Tikal, be ready at 08:25 am please, at the reception of your Hotel.

We had an amazing guide, Miguel. He was so knowledgeable about Tikal, but also the fauna and flora. He was bilingual -‘s the tour was in English.
The place is amazing, during the hiking you cm have contact with nature, and you can enjoy the history as you can't imagine.
Nous avions RDV à 11h45. Un autocar pourri de chez pourri, est arrivé à 12h30 à 100 m du lieu de RdV. Nous avons attendu sous un soleil accablant. Nous étions une cinquantaine de personnes ainsi. Pas de guide, pas d’infos, seulement un chauffeur qui ne comprenait rien. Nous aurions pu nous faire kidnapper et détroussés en masse. Peu probable sans doute mais nous n’en savons rien. Bref, allons-y. Un vieux minibus d’avant guerre sans climatisation par la chaleur et l’humidité étouffante. La moitié d’entre nous a eu de la chance, petits vans climatisés. Nous étions entassés y compris sur les strapontins. Deux heures trente de route chaotique dont 40 mn de piste, pas de pause pipi, pas d’eau! Aucune possibilité d’en-cas. Heureusement qu’il n’y pas eu d’accident ou de malaise. Tout ça pour un coucher de soleil depuis des ruines mayas.
Quelle arnaque!!! Je demande d’ailleurs un remboursement intégral.
Je ne salue pas Viator.

Hola buenas Albert, creo que fuimos muy claros con usted, cuando le dejamos en claro que el día de su Tour nuestra empresa no tenía mas clientes para operar el Tour colectivo a Yaxha.
Le dejamos en claro donde solo teníamos el servicio colectivo con otra empresa que si tenía clientes para poder operar el tour y usted fue muy sincero en decir no importa con tal que nos lleven al tour y que nos regresen.
Cuando nosotros no tenemos clientes para operar les dejamos saber que no se podrá operar porque no llega a un límite de clientes.
Como le repito usted fue muy claro en decir, no importa con tal que nos lleven y nos traigan del tour, en el servicio mochilero.
Lamentamos que haya tenido una mala experiencia en el Tour de Yaxha al Atardecer.
Por tal motivo este tour ya no lo venderemos tomando servicios de otras empresas para evitar futuros inconvenientes.
