not full tour of Tikal

It was a nice tour but it was not a complete tour of Tikal, as always it lacks part of the archeological site we can visit. If you're planning to have a full visit of Tikal, i recommand to do it by yourselves.

Dishonest advertising. Super short tour

The ad in Viator listed private transportation, so we thought we were booking a private tour. We ended up getting stuffed on a bus with 10 people and paying double what we would have if we had booked at the front desk of our hotel. The actual tour guide was great, but we arrived late after waiting an hour for the other 9 people from our "private tour" to be gathered. Then we only visited three (3) attractions in the park. We might as well have taken a selfie at the front gate and gone home. Save yourself some cash and book in person at your hotel. We flew across the world to see Tikal, and being lied to and ripped off by a dishonest company ruined the experience.

Good morning Robin. nothing more to clarify to you. His anger is because I look at the reception of his hotel for a tour for 20 dollars that includes transportation and a guide. The situation that we distinguished ourselves by providing a quality service and since he requested a refund, he had no choice but to lie, because of people like you no one can be trusted anymore. To know that you left us a bad comment in order to have your refund, you would have better asked us to cancel your reservation, that is what hurts you, that according to you you paid an exaggerated amount, nobody forced you to hire our tour, you decided between so many options. You looked at the 20 dollar backpacker tour, old vehicle, no air conditioning and with the worst guides in the area. If you like, return to Flores and we'll pay you the $20 tour, so you can see what service they're going to provide you. Thanks to all our clients who have taken our tour, they know that it is an excellent and quality service. I think that you should be blocked from reserving more, since you are only misinforming people who do want a quality tour.

Amazing! Tour guide was very thorough explaining historical features of Tikal, and pointing out and identifying the various animal sounds we heard in the jungle. Highly recommend.
