Short trip, plenty of non stop places and couldnt take photo in some places, better rent a car or using taxi as usd 400 not worth for short trip. But driver was very helpfull and friendly.

Before the tour, you requested a different vehicle, and we arranged a change especially for you at no additional charge.
We also have the message you sent to our guide, which said: “Coz renting a car with driver also cost same but maybe chauffeur driver is not a tour guide like yourself.” And although you mentioned that our licensed guide (who also serves as the driver) was helpful and friendly, you have now shared this feedback.
Regarding the itinerary, it is completely customizable and flexible. Guests are always welcome to discuss timing, photo stops, and preferences directly with the guide on the day, so expectations can be aligned and the best possible experience can be arranged.
We delivered what was promised, so it is upsetting to receive such feedback despite the extra efforts made.

One of the best tours. Mr Yousuf did an awesome job. He completely personalized the entire tour. He was right on time to pick us up and was most accommodating and personalizing the day according to our preference. He was very informative and gave us detailed information of pertinent area that we visited. He also gave us very practical advice regarding the best spots to visit. I would highly recommend this tour without any hesitation to anyone considering a visit to Dubai.

Really great tour. Our guide was really knowledgeable and friendly! So helpful and informative. The frame queues are really long so might be worth doing a VIP or going super early. The future museum is worth a visit for sure!

The driver was pleasant and picked and dropped us from hotel. Communication prior to the tour was absent. I had to text the tour company on the morning of the tour to confirm our pickup when I was informed they thought the booking was for the next day. They did realize their mistake and sent a tour guide who was also the driver to show us around. He was pleasant and showed us around but seemed to be spread thin with back to back tours before and after ours. So barely stopped for pics at some spots, had to stay with the car at other spots… just seemed disorganized. Not worth the price or the tit bits of information/guiding that he did. Also skipped some spots. Would not recommend this tour.

Out guide - Farhan was amazing and very knowledgeable for such a young man.
The tour was a little misleading in that we could only enter the foyer of the Museum of the Future and could could not gain any access to the Palm Atlantis due to ongoing works.

This experience was beautiful, we booked a private tour, guide Farhan, was amazing, and informative. In this tour we visited the dubia frame, the museum of the future and the blue mosque. Similar to the one in Istanbul. We also had a stop on the beach, for the Burj Arab photo. When I booked I didn’t realise that it was only a drive through pass for the dubia frame. But we asked our driver Farhan, if we could go and buy tickets to visit the frame inside, Farhan was very patient and allowed this and he asked us to ring him once we were finished. It only took approximately 45-50 minutes. Once you’re on top of the frame you can see the iconic view of the old and new dubia. Would definitely recommend this tour. He even told us about the good quality Arabic and Pakistani eating places.

Majid was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! I’m not an easy person to please, but he checked all the boxes for me. His vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Asfraf was fantastic, very professional and very approachable.
We only had 5hrs sleep due to late arrival.
Yet ashraf made the whole time interesting. He was very knowledgeable, full of interesting facts. Nothing was a problem he bent over backwards to make it a special day.

Today was a fabulous day! This was the perfect day one in Dubai. Our Tour Guide, Rafiq, was simply spectacular! He was exceedingly knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to accommodate us in many ways. His priority was to make sure that we had a great experience and tailored the day to our needs. He was thoughtful in small and big ways. For example, he brought bottled water for us to consume during the trip, but left us with two at the end so that we did not have to purchase any on our own. He made great recommendations for places to see, restaurants to visit, and how to structure our day. He made us feel like family, and was constantly checking in with us to make sure that everything was to our liking. We are so grateful for him setting the tone to our vacation. I will look for opportunities to see him again during our stay for other experiences because he has single-handedly provided the best experience I have ever booked through Viator.
