The Tours driver didn't pick me up at the hotel, and no matter how many times I tried to call Contact No, I couldn't get through.
I was able to get a refund because I was able to communicate in English, but I am sure people who bought the product before they left because they were worried about communicating in English would be in tears.
We ended up booking a tour there, but wasted an entire day.
I'll never forget the frustration of having my big day of life trampled on.
I think Viator representatives should be more careful and strict in their choice of operator.
