Our driver was on time and met us as we left baggage claim. He assisted getting bags to car. My issue is that we ordered a minivan/minibus that was supposed to hold up 7 people. What he was driving was a standard SUV. I sat in front passenger seat with my knees against the dashboard. Our luggage barely fit in the back
